Please be thinking about July as I will be gone over half of the month, so I won't be able to run July. I will be back home late on 8/1, so I can post Aug then.

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far" then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

First of all... thanks to goldcupmom for posting these challenges. I can't BELIEVE how motivated it kept me last month!!

Second of all..... I am in for June. I'm going to bump up my goal just a bit to keep me challenged, but it seems like my May number was right on track for me. I am committing to 1450 minutes for June....................P

What a great and motivating thread :yay: I would love to join in if that is okay. My goal would be 1,000 minutes for the month.

I am hoping to do 30 mins a day plus a bt extra here and there.
 
So, I got thrown off track in April and had a hard time getting back in the routine in May.... I will be forcing myself back into the routine, which I enjoyed before.
So for June, I am signing up for 1200 minutes. Godd luck everyone :cheer2:
 
Well, I've been lurking for awhile, and figure this might be a good spot to jump in. I'd like to join in so put me down for 1400.

So far I have in total 150/1800 min.
6/1 - swim 60 min
6/2 - walk 90 min
Today is a scheduled rest day. Maybe having posted here I will find some motivation to get up and get moving tonight, but overall I am pretty happy with what I have done so far.

We will not be travelling this month so I have no excuses for not making it. Actually I missed more exercise time last month getting ready to go away, then recovering from the trip than I lost during our actual vacation. I know I'm late but I am on my way to find last month's thread to post my final total.
