June 8, 2010 WONDERful 5 Day Key West Cruise

We will be on the June 8th cruise. My daughter will graduate in May and wants to go on a disney cruise for her graduation. We will be three of us my husband, daughter and I. She will be 18 years old. I hope we meet other people like us. This is our second disney cruise. We went on one in 2004 on the Wonder. It was a 4 night cruise. Does anyone know if she can gamble at the casino in Nassau. Is she legal on the Island. Thanks!::

Your daughter most certainly can gamble I believe 18 is the age on the island, I know I was able on our first cruise and I wasn't 21 yet. Maybe she'll even get lucky like me I won 160 dollars lol that was very exciting for a first time gambler lol I am sure she will have a great time there is alot of awesome stuff to do!!!

Haven't posted on this thread in quite some time but wanted to let you all know that a secret porthole room may now be available if anyone is interested - cabin 5520. We had to cancel our reservation on this cruise due to my son's crazy summer lacrosse camp schedule. We just cancelled yesterday afternoon so I'm not sure if it's been nabbed yet.

Aww...we did the same thing last year when my DD graduated high school and had an awesome time! If you can, try to go call Deliver Ears, or go to one of the parks if you live nearby, and get the grad. mickey ears for her to wear on board! Have a WONDERful cruise

Ok, I'm starting to get excited!!! I have all these plans in my head 1. want Palo for dinner & brunch 2. get romance package 3. what to do in keys and nassau.....plus I'm feeling nervous about not bringing the boys!!! I gatta suck it up and enjoy some time w/my hubby...but mom guilt SUCKS!!!

What is everyone (if anyone) thinking about already?? Any excursions u are hoping to get?? Are u doing all the shows and Palo?? Any spa takers??

Oh, and what the heck are we calling our cruise????

Mommy- DEB, don't feel guilty, U & Yours need a little time together. DW & I have been married 41 years now , and I know what I am talking about.
What thinking about U-say;Can U-say Sept 20 th cruise, YES! I booked one for DW & myself last week.And as for our 5-day-KW cruise ,say how about {just a thought}calling it J. B. 's [Jimmy Buffet] HOME TOWN CRUISE.

Nice to see more activity. As to things to do to prepare for the cruise DW is going with our DS to get his passport tomorrow. As for things we plan or hope to do Palo brunch, Old Town Trolley, and walk around on our own in Key West and a stop at Margaritaville. sea days just read sun and relax. not really sure about castaway cay DS and i may do the jet skis.

I am officially way too excited for this cruise!!!! lol For me I am hoping to go parasailing on CC day other than that no one hase really discussed it much though my cousin and I have discussed maybe doing the dolphin excursion, I have done it once but she hasn't.

pretty sure beer wine and Tequila tastings will all be offered. I know the beer was 15 dollars we think the wine was about the same. I did do the beer and Tequila back to back that was fun turned out I was not the only one there was a group of 4 of us that did it.

Hello all I am PurdyBertnie's mom, she has been bugging me about getting on the cruise meet. I am looking forward to June. Really enjoyed our first cruise in March 09 and rebooked on board. Have since picked up another stateroom for my sister and niece and we are all very excited. Hope everyone has lots of luck getting excursions and Palo reservations. As for me I am not a Palo kinda gal so I won't be competing for your spot Still working out our excursion wish lists, haven't been able to get everyone together yet. We are thinking about going on Monday and staying close to port or even going on Sunday and doing 2 WDW days. So many choices, too long to wait.

hello! Auntyaba glad u joined!! I am thinking of staying in St. Augustine Sunday and part of Monday then heading over to the Radisson Monday night. of course, my hubby may shoot down my plans ( can u tell I'm ticked at him right now) so who knows. Is anyone else planning on staying at the Rad at Port the night before? Who all is driving in?

Oh, and who is going to run the thread?? We had some confussion earlier when the threads where merged??? Having one person for rollcall and to run a cruise name poll would really be easier....anyone know???

You did such a fine job on our 4-day'er in Sept.08, besides SorcererMom cancelled out on us[ page6 thread#84] and Owensjro [page 3 thread# 42] is somewhere else doing "vacations" at this time.
