Personally, I would like to see it cut off soon. To me, definitely no more than 20 cabins. Depending on whether a person does a family/per cabin gift or individuals, it gets to be a lot to have to bring with. We found it took a lot of time just to deliver the gifts last time. In fact, we ended up doing it two different days just to get to them all and do the things we wanted to on the ship!

Also past time participates, anything we should "officially" do to get our group together.

At some point we will have to do a spreadsheet or something with room numbers and a count of how many people, including numbers of kids (ages help too) and adults in each cabin. We should also decide if we are putting any price on the gifts (minimum or maximum). I know when I did it before, I really didn't have a lot of extra money to spend but I didn't want to feel "cheap" if everyone was spending a lot of the gifts. That one was very open to whatever anyone wanted to do. It was also open to just delivering the gifts at any point during the cruise. I suppose we will just want to establish how we want ours to be.

One other thing to be aware of is that if you are staying concierge, those who are not cannot get to your room to deliver anything. I don't know if that applies to anybody so far.

Was everyone able to locate the fb page? When should we begin getting our info for FE started ?

I found the page and im ready to start this now so I can start planning what to buy.

I would say the sooner we get our FE information the better! Are we looking at closing the number of cabins? I would be good with that!

I think we should close it soon but then again this is the first cruise I have ever been on so have no idea how all of it works

I would agree with this. On our last cruise, I can't remember the actual number, but I'm thinking we had 40 or so cabins. WAY too many for me!

I'm gonna making it official then. Group # 1 has officially closed. There are 9 families, 14 cabins, and 41 people. I have a list at home and will post tonight as well as attempt to send a private message to everyone. I hope everyone has a great day.

The following families are what i have listed. If anyone sees an issue please let me know. I know not everyone is on facebook, so I thought i would list here by user name and total in family. We can send private messages with room numbers, just remember you can only send to 5 people at a time. I will try to compile a list too. I also thank i misspoke and we are at 13 cabins, not 14.

Note: DS (Disney son), DD (Disney Daughter) for those that might not know.

if you feel more comfortable sending a private message with your room number, I will share those with the others privately as well. There are a few ages i am missing for this kids. Also, part of my gift, I would like to put your first intitial on something, so if you could please send me a private message with each 1st intitial, that would be great.

Can't wait to meet everyone. My neighbor leaves for her Disney cruise in 2 weeks. They have all arranged to meet after the emergency drill and before the Sail Away party. Maybe we can set up something similiar. My oldest is just excited that we will be exchanging gifts with several kids his own age. I think he thought he was going to spend his whole trip with 2 three year olds.
