I know that it's really early but I thought I'd go ahead and get this started.

We are booked on the June 28-July 5, 2014 Fantasy Eastern Caribbean! This will be our third cruise and our second on the Fantasy. Our crew will be, me (John), my wife Heather and our daughter Megan. Megan will be 9.

We are excited that we've been able to convince Heather's sister and her family to come with us. They are Jonathan, Jennifer and Landon (who will also be 9). This will be their first cruise.

FISH EXTENDER EXCHANGE

1.Let me know on this thread or by PM if your group wants to join us
2.Some participants might want to personalize gifts for each group or each family so include your family name, your kids names and ages and your names, either on this thread or to me by PM
3. If we get more than 20 cabins participating I will split the cabins into 2 groups, we want this to be fun not a burden.
4. I suggest one gift per stateroom as the norm, doing something for each person is lovely but not expected, again let's not make it a burden (and think of luggage space)
5. Each cabin will be assigned a day to deliver, if you can't make it on that day it is fine, it might even out the fun a bit.
6. May 1, 2014 we will close the FE, any groups wanting to join after that date will be put together to come up with their own group.
7. I'll keep the spreadsheet on Google Docs.

We're currently scheduled to be with you. We did this same itinerary in 2012 and loved it. Were going to go in 2013 again, but just changed it to Alaska so rebooked for 2014 while onboard this week.

We are in! August 25, 2012 we sailed a 7 day eastern on the Fantasy with 2 other families. We all chose this sailing so the other two families will be joining before too long.

If there is an FE we would like to participate.

Missy and Catherine have been on 10 Disney cruises, it will be my 10th, Sarah's 9th.

Hey Pudo! We were on the same cruise. It was a great time. We booked a placeholder while on board and then moved the reservation. It's going to be hard to wait over a year to go.

We would like to do a fish extender. I think we think about capping the list at 20 and then splitting it or starting a new list. I'll go ahead and start the list. So, if anyone wants to join the FE, I'll need room, names, ages of the kids when we sail and favorite character. If someone is having a birthday or anniversary mention that too.

We would like to participate in the FE as well. We are excited about cruising again on the Fantasy. And yes I agree it is going to be hard to wait over a year. We are heading down to Disney for a quick trip on January 18. I finally get to share the fun and excitement of Disney with my mom, brother and niece. I am so excited.

Yep, we participated in the thread and the FE. At the meet up the first day I was the one who started announcing some of the stateroom changes.

Wow...your right, you do not see that often. The only other Alexa we know goes by Lexi so it is definitely not a name we hear often.

Yes, Oasis is my daughters sweet 16 trip. Really did not want to do a sweet 16 birthday party, so asked if she would rather go on a trip, so it is a win-win for me!!!! Just a girls trip, DH will take DS on a trip when he turns 16. Booked that trip 2 years in advance so I can not believe it is finally 6 months out. Now I have a long wait for this one but really excited to see a thread already started!!!

I think I missed that. Although, I had directed people to the Vista Cafe for the meeting place I was not able to make it until it was almost over.

Luckily for me (sarcasm) there was a Spa drawing at the same time as our DIS meet where you had to be there in person during the drawing . Missy went to the spa while I was on the pool deck watching Sarah swim.

The idea was Missy would come to the pool deck after the drawing and I would go to the DIS meet by myself so at least I could meet some of our group. Ah, best laid plans of mice and men...

We have only been on Disney cruises, making the switch to a ship that has no pixie dust probably won't happen for awhile. Sarah will be 9 in February so maybe in a couple of years. The Sweet 16 party on a cruise ship is brilliant!
