Can someone please provide some insight as to why US will be closing at 6pm on 6/26? Was planning on staying at PBH that night for 2 days worth of express pass but seems to be a wasted day if the park closes at 6.

Private party renting out the park? I don't see how it would be a wasted day if you had Express Passes. This will be less than one week after Transformers opens in the summer. Park will be packed but Express Passes will get you through everything. There's plenty of days throughout the year the parks close at 6 or 7 for normal hours and I wouldn't call them wasted days.

If the park closes at 6 instead of 10 that's 4 hours less of park time. I understand the ability to do the park with express pass easily, heck I was there over Xmas week and had no trouble and didn't have express pass. I just think I'll move my night. I was just wondering what the reason was, because last week the park calendar still said opened til 10.
