Thought I’d address a few questions here that have come up from a couple people rather than writing them back individually because if they are having these questions, others probably are as well. 
1 – Where can I get a FE? Some people make their own, some people have someone else make it (Etsy or Ebay for example), some people simply have a bag on their fish/hook instead of a “fancy” FE with pockets. The choice is entirely up to you. There are threads on the DIS boards with some great examples and ideas including some no sew options if I remember correctly.
2 – How do we distribute gifts, do we have assigned days/times to do so? You deliver your gifts as it fits into your schedule. It seems to work out pretty well that way, gifts tend to be delivered throughout the cruise fairly evenly. Plus not knowing what your timetables of activities will be, no one should be locked into when they need to deliver gifts. That makes it more of a chore, and it’s supposed to be fun!! Last cruise we ended up delivering ours over the course of a couple days. We’d take a handful of them and deliver on our way to the pool, dinner, whatever. Probably a good idea however, to not wait until the end of the last evening as people will be packing up and FE’s start to come down.
3 – Do gifts need to be labeled with who they are from? Again, that is entirely up to you. Some people do not label, some people will label with a DIS name, some with a family name, some with their full name…whatever you are comfortable with.
