And I have to ask...any of our friends currently in SoCal feel the earthquake this morning? Casey from DLRPrepSchool mentioned that she did, so I was wondering!!

i leave in a week, and in an effort to stop myself from hyperventilating, i have made some bets with myself to see how much i can accomplish

i'm going to be there 8 days, right? this is pretty much the summer and those're going to be some pretty long days too, with the big summer pile on season just starting by the time i leave

my goal, and i will report back if i even come close to this, is to finally break 100 ride cycles in one trip; i came close back in january with 80, but that was during the off season so perhaps that worked a bit too well in my favor; then again that was only 5 days, so

I think I have a chance! Especially with our friends the FastPass and the single rider line; I know most people aren't out to treat their nice Disney vacation as an endurance test, but for me, that's part of the fun

I also like how I'm going during a time where the Soarin' single rider line is probably going to be my BEST bet to see the new movie at all...heh

We are down to two days in our countdown - leaving this Sunday! I am having the hardest time getting through work today! I keep thinking of all that still needs to be done before we go (laundry, packing, cleaning, and of course the pre-trip pedicure!) and just want to get out of here. But for some reason they actually expect me to work...

I leave Tuesday after work! All my laundry is done and i will begin packing Sunday. I have a nail and pedi appointment Sunday morning too! The snacks are already in a bag ready to go! LOL! Important stuff!

Um, so, still haven't done any packing since claiming I was going to start this morning. I've been cleaning house all day, so at least I've been productive. Tomorrow is our last day at home, Sunday we drive to our departure city, and Monday at 8am we fly! Layover in Salt Lake City for an hour, then on to SNA!

How does it still not feel real??

I haven't packed anything, although I did do laundry. I still need to finish our custom shirts. I am home now and not planning on leaving until 9:30am tomorrow for an oil change/car wash, then I'm back here to scramble through Sunday night.

3 more sleeps and we blow this Popsicle stand!!

Up, finishing last minute stuff-we-still-needed-this-morning packing, getting ready to hit the road to our departure city!! It's a 5 hour drive, but the best/easiest/cheapest flight to SNA. We're making it a bonus vacation day

I just looked at the weather forecast for our first day in the park (next Sunday 6/19) and the forecast is saying 98!!!!

Keeping my fingers crossed that this far out, the forecast is really, really wrong!

It keeps changing! I'm there Wednesday-Friday and I've also been checking. A few days ago it was supposed to be almost 90 all three days now Wednesday says 75, Thursday 81 and Friday 84! Crazy forecasts it seems!

At the airport, woohoo!! Made everyone go to bed at 8 last night and we all got up at 4. It is freezing cold in this terminal!!!

Three more days of work and I have one whole day off to finish up anything that needs finished!! Then Fri we leave for STL to stay the night and catch our flight Sat morning!!! I can't hardly wait!! I have worked both jobs all week last week and worked one all weekend on top of my sons first All star tournament so last week was crazy this week is a little calmer I only have to work both places Weds night, I still have to figure out what to do with my dogs had planned on my brother helping but he moved 30 mins away and works all the time

i've always been a firm believer in packing light, and while that's still the case, you just can't stuff 8 pairs of clothes into a carry on bag...but, i'm packed already, and i think this is the first time i haven't waited until the night before; i need to reward myself somehow

Me too! Just looked again and now Sunday says 102!!!! UGH! My days are right aroun 80-85. Still too hot for me, but doable! LOL! Anything is better than last September where every one of our days it was over 100!
