June 2008 anyone?

I'll start. We are going to the World from Friday June 6 through Sunday June 15, 2008. We are staying the first two nights at the Swan, then moving to the Beach Club Villas in a 1 BR for five days and then back to the Swan for the last two days.

We will be at the BCV is a one bedroom at the end of the month into the first part of July. I'm not booked yet, I've got to get this year's vacation bills paid first! That gives me incentive! We haven't even got the credit card bill yet and I'm planning away! We've never stayed at the BCV before, but we really like the BC/YC. The kids love the pool and we love the proximity to EPCOT and love Cape May. I believe it is our favorite resturant at WDW. Can't wait to get to really planning! Do you have any favorite room requests at BCV since I see you've stayed before?

We always just take what is assigned, but I have found that if you check in early (before 9 am) and are REALLY nice to the CM behind the desk you will get a killer room location. On our last trip to the BCV in '04 we spent the first night at the FQ and I went over to check in at 8 am. I was in line behind a very belligerent woman who was treating the cast member like dirt. She was demanding a prime location and the CM told her that all that was left was a villa at the far end of the hall next to the parking lot a very long walk from the elevators. After the woman checked in, I told the CM that she had a really difficult job and I appreciated how hard it must be to deal with that type of person. I told her I was not particular about my location -- I was just happy to be there. She gave me a villa on the second floor directly across from the elevator and it was great.

we are going June 14th-22nd! We are so excited since this is a family reunion of sorts. My husband has deployed a lot the last 2 years and we haven't seen or spent alot of time with his family. We are staying at Shades of Green!

Our plan is to go June 15th - 21st and stay at POFQ. My entire family will be going: DH, DS7, DD5, my parents, older brother & younger brother + his family; a total of 11 people! Woo Hoo!

bumping this up top...We made it official and booked the 2008 package for June 25-July 2, 2008. Went with the dining after MUCH consideration and 7 day myw passes. Any other June 2008 people out there

We'll be there June 9th through 16th!! Staying at POP - haven't called to lock it in yet. I'm like a previous poster who has to pay off this summer's vacation first!! I did buy our 7-Day PHs, though, and that was GRRRREAT!!!

I'm obsessed with it already, and it's so far away! I feel guilty sometimes about wanting time with Mickey to come fast -- I think I'm wishing my life away!!!

It's time for school to start so I can focus on other things!!!!!!!

Can't wait to go back......made reservations at the AKL for June 7th (Saturday) - June 15th (Sunday). So far we have a total of 11 family members going with us. Hope to get more on board.

And very excited! Just paid our package deposit through Dreams Unlimited. June 6-14 at CSR!

We visited CSR the last time we were at Disney and loved it. We visited almost all of the resorts to see first hand where we'd like to stay.

Dh doesn't believe I turned over the booking to a travel agent but I did not want to sit on the phone or get online and do it. Doesn't mean I won't have my planner/binder and spend half my time on Tour Guide Mike and here!

I just need someone else to look out for our reservation while I do the other stuff.

Anyway I'm very excited, it's only 10 mos away!

I love having this to look forward to! People think we are crazy but I don't care. I AM crazy about Disney.

We're heading down June 1 & 2 at Royal Pacific at USF, then June 3 to 10 at Fort Wilderness Cabins. Our sons 8th b-day and second family trip. Time will fly quickly.

We'll be there June 13th-20th w/ my brother's family - YEAH! It will be our second family trip to WDW - between the 2 of us we have girls who will be ages 8, 7, 7, 5, 3, and our little boy who will turn 3 while we're there. Soooooo much fun! We're staying at Sheraton Vistana this time (RCI exchange) and have everything paid for as far as tickets and accomodations (unless we decide to stay a little longer, which I'm going to push for!). Can't wait to plan w/ everyone!!!!

My brother and I are taking another brothers two teenage sons in June!! They will be 15 and 17 and are great kids!! We're going from June 16-24. Were staying the first 4 days at the AS Music family suites with the DDP.
The last of the trip will be at the YC because I really wanted to stay there!!! NO DDP since we're changing resorts. I'll miss giving up my room at the ASMU..( the *boys* all get the fold out beds!! ) I'll make my brother sleep on the day bed at the YC.
Am totally psyched about going!
Too bad it's so far away.. and too bad my brother won't let us take the boys out of school. (Obviously I'm not a parent )
Oh well.. See you all there!!!!
