I had to change the picture on the CafePress medhead2 site. They kept pulling the old one so I changed it some and it is now back up. The people who already ordered shirts should still get the original but any new orders will get the modified one (unless they pull that one too). Also I am making some door magnets with this picture, if any one wants one PM me with the names you would like on it.

It looks like they killed my skull and crossbones again. I sent them an e-mail again . if they will not release my picture I will upload the picture under a new name on Saturday morning at 10:30 am and it should be 3 or 4 hours before they kill it. So if anyone wants one 10:30 am Saturday will be the time to order. (I may do this again in a week or 2)

Thanks gou08...I'll forward that on to Katy. PrincessJas...I hope your sister will reconsider. It seems like there will be several girls about the same age on the cruise. Perhaps they can get to know each other a bit via email/myspace/facebook/chat before the cruise and be all set when we show up in person.

That's shame your sister feels that way. My ds18 won't be on this cruise, but he has many friends that he still stays in contact with from past cruises and they all meet at the teenclub!

I hope she will reconsider too. I will tell her what everyone has said. She does have facebook and she's on there all the time so maybe she could get to know the other girls on there. Maybe I could even convince her to join the DIS! Not likely!

Well thanks for all the hard work! If we lose the pirate again, we'll still have the banner.
My countdown has hit the 60 day mark! Getting very excited. We leave soon than later. I can't believe it's been a year since I booked this trip and now it's here.
I was just telling a friend that I was getting sad about this trip..she said..you haven't taken it yet, and I said..but I am so excited now, and then we leave and do all the fabulous stuff on it and then it's over and we have to come home!
and pay the bill we racked up!

They said the pirate was to similar to Disney’s so I changed it up some. They still said that skull and crossbones with flaming sticks was a Disney trademark. I made a few changes so I could upload a new picture on cafepress and put the pirate back up {until they find it again} and put my order in. I don’t think Disney would have a problem with this as they let people put up door magnets and other decorations that have exact copies of Disney characters. I have also seen pictures of other groups with T-shirts having Mickeys on them.

Do we have to do anything with our passports in terms of giving them to DCL or anything? I thought I read somewhere that you have to register your passport number with DCL a certain amount of time before your cruise. There is a good chance that I'm way off here though!

You need to check in your passport info, credit card info and travel info but travel info only if you are using Disney's transportation. In the DCL website under my cruise you will see where it says my disney cruise you will see a place called my online check in. You definitely need to have that done a week or two before departure.

Marie is right, there is a place on your online registration to put all the passport/travel information. They have not said when we could board, but did say they predict around noon-1pm. They have said to call after the first med to med...so after the May 25? cruise to see what happened.

Thanks, Steph and Marie, I'll go check that out on the website. Are we the first 11 night cruise? It would be nice if we weren't because that way we could have the experiences of the other cruisers to go off of.

I did not get Pillow or tde1969 family names, so I just have the disname for a magnet.

I still have tape and swatches, so I could make some more.
All I need is the names you want on them and your room number to place them on your door. Or you can pick them up off my door #6003.

We are the second 11 day cruise. The ship sails out then it's 11/10/11(this is us) etc...
so the cm suggested I call between the repo/11 or the 11/10 to see how it all worked at the port. It's all new territory for disney so they didn't want to give out bad info. I told her I was staying right down the street and when could I go over and she said she thought you could wait as early at 10am, but didn't think they would start checking in new passengers until noonish.

Thanks for making the magnets. I will pick ours up on your door unless I get a room assignment before we leave.

I regards to getting to the port, in Orlando, Disney always let you on the ship long before they would admit too. I'm all for getting to the port early and getting on the ship. Since the first excursion is at 1:45 that day, I'm sure that they expect you to get a bite to eat before you leave for your excursion.
