June 13-17 crowd prediction

Talk about last minute, we are back again at planning at DL trip for my b'day, my DD's 4th b'day and my niece's 6th b'day for June, we are all June babies. What do you think the crowds are like at that time? This will be my niece's first trip and I double she'll get back often so I don't know if this is a really bad time to go. I want it to be perfect for her first time. DD and I have been 2x before. We are leaving our DH's at home

We are planning on being in So. Cal from the 9th - 19th, so would there be another better 5 days to go? I picked M-F thinking it would be best???

Since it is so last minute, alot of the hotels that I know of at the crosswalk are sold out on line. Do you think if I call I might get a room? Any other recommendations to try? We've been waiting for airfare to drop since it's so high, but doesn't look like it's going to, so $523 it is.

The 13th and 14th will be very crowded IMO..NO AP's blocked.

15 - 17th should be ok..AP's will be blocked.

Thursday the 16th is a Grad Night. The parks will close early at 9PM.

Ill be there the 13th to 18th.

Crowds or no crowds we are going to be there at that time too. I'm psyching myself out for Christmas crowds. If it's like Christmas time I won't be surprised (and put on my happy face )and if it's not...right on!!!!>

I'm not so sure Touring Plans has a great handle on DLR like they do WDW, but they are predicting surprisingly light crowds for that week. My hope is that if June 14 is crowded, then the crowds will all be jammed in the Star Tours and Mermaid lines.

I hope your right! I will be there from June 12-14th. My first trip back in 15 years. SOOOOO excited! I get to bring my beautiful babies and see the magic from a whole different perspective (at a parent)! WOOHOO

to your request of hotels on short notice. have you tried Anaheim Plaza? It's across the street one block from the major intersection to get to the parks. Geesh that sounded just as clear as mud!!. What I mean to say, it's not far at all...4-5minute walk maybe to the gates.

We, the Jones, will be there from 6/11 - 6/18. We get in around 130p on 6/11 and leave morning of 6/18. The last time we were at DL was Xmas 2003/New Year 2004. It was really really busy during that time. I am hoping that the crowds won't be as bad as they were then but will enjoy DL just the same.

It wouldn't hurt to try and call the hotel(s) that you want to stay in. The worst they can say is that they are full.

I will have my LGMH...hope to see some of you around.
