Thanks for the quick reply and welcome, PPPiglet! Last time we cruised we had a big family group (12 of us total). This time it's just my DH (50), 7 year-old DS and me (48). (Hope I've got the "D" lingo right!) So, it will be nice to start off by meeting some people whose "DIS" forum names I'll recognize! We'll try to make the 3:15 meet, but my husband is really intent on getting into the Mickey pool as soon as he can! (Even though I told him it's for little kids!!) We need to go pick up the pager for our son at the Oceaneer Club and try to get on one of the dolphin excursions in PV (all the online slots were sold out). Plus, there's also the lifeboat drill we all have to attend sometime that first afternoon!!
I've been checking the weather often for our ports of call. Looks like there may be rain and thunderstorms in PV, so my husband found some ponchos at Orchard Supply. They were only 99 cents and come in tiny zippered pouches. (Good luck getting them back in there once opened!!) They come in a few different colors. It doesn't hurt to be prepared!!
We'll see you all there! Now back to laundry and packing, again. (I'm procrastinating because I hate packing!!)
