I finally put my suitcase on the floor of the basement and put some clothes in it. So now mine and my DH's is almost ready. If I could get my son to let me know if what I took out for him is what he wants that would be great. I did this all while he was at school.

We also made some magnets for are state room door.

Tomorrow I have to go to the bank for some $$$$.

THE HAUNTED MANSION - WALT DISNEY WORLD


The menacing dark brick and stone gothic Haunted Mansion is adorned with chess pieces as ornaments atop the parapets on the roof. If you look carefully, you will see that all of the possible shapes of chess pieces are accounted for, except one- the Knight. There are two explanations as to why the Knight was left off of the roof. The first says that it is because it is always "night" inside the Mansion, while the other, and more credible explanation, is that the Knight is inside the Mansion, wearing the suit of Armor. He can be seen after the corridor of doors on the ground floor, near the grandfather clock.

Kilimanjaro Safaris

The rocks in the lion area of Disney's Animal Kingdom's "Kilimanjaro Safaris" are climate-controlled - they are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer to encourage the lions to lie in good viewing areas!

DCL Ships 3 and 4

Disney Cruise Lines announced on February 22, 2007 that 2 new ships are to be added to its fleet in 2011 and 2012.[2] The ships are to be built by Meyer Werft shipyard, based in Papenburg, Germany. These newest 122,000 ton ships will be 2 decks taller than the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder and will have 1,250 staterooms each. The ships have not yet been named. Disney Cruise Line has negotiated with the Port Canaveral port authority and has extended their contract for 15 more years, through 2022 at least. As part of this contract the port authority will expand and upgrade the dock in order to accommodate the new ships (both of which will be home-ported there) and the terminal will be enlarged to accommodate more passengers and luggage and finally a parking garage will be built and completed by 2011.

we stayed at the hojo our first trip with the kids, it was nice, but at the end of a very long day, you have to walk all the way down harbor to it. the next time we stayed right across the street. it wasn't as nice as the hojo, and the water mysteriously got hot all of a sudden, but to just walk right across the street it was worth it. it was pretty funny to think about that.
you like the hojo, it wa snice and comfortable and you had room to walk in the room, the second hotel didn't have any room

I found them at Office Depot on sale. They were $2 for a pack of 12 either vertical or horizontal "Badge Holders". I have extras, do you want me to bring them?

I JUST finished putting the finishing touches on our lanyards.
TODAY... Mom finished making my FORMAL Night dress... (guess I"m wearing a dress after all... )
Mom also finished making Lily's pirate night costume AND finished making sashes for ALL of us for Pirate Night.

I'm pretty much finished packing... except for packing the new dress.

No problem...I already have them out! Also, I bought some snap hooks to attach them with....Sandy has them now "customizing" some new lanyards for us....
