We had been booked for May 31- June 2, but had to cancel that a while back, because of school conflicts. Now we're going when school is out, with special thanks to DBro and his spare points!

We will be at SSR(unless our waitlist for BCV goes through) from June 24-June 29. My family loves both of these resorts for different reasons so either way we're really psyched! We are bringing my DS's GF and this is her first trip ever to WDW! I am so excited for her!

June 24-27 and then we are staying on until July 7

Count us in for June . We're booked 6/3-9 at VWL. It will be our first trip down as owners .

We'd like to add on a day but we're driving from Chicago so we can't add in the beginning and more to the point we don't have enough points for another weekend night . Time to sit down and figure this all out .

Taking our first SUMMER trip 06/26-07/03. Not sure what to expect with the HEAT. Oh well, we will still be where we want to be.

Bring alot of sunscreen and hats!!! They have alot of shade in the lines, and misters everywhere to cool you down. You can also alternate outside and inside activities - that helps alot!

Thanks for the imput MAGICFOR2. We are really excited about this summer trip. We don't plan to tell our 2DS until the morning we head to the airport, which is a five hour drive from home. They are going to be SO SURPRISED. Our only concern is that our youngest son (8) has asthma. Hopefully the heat and humidity won't be to hard on him. Thanks again!!

this is the same week that we went last year.....and it is H-O-T! hats and sunglasses are must-have attire.

and drink lots of water. we stopped at walmart on our way from the airport and bought a case of bottled water. we kept a few bottles frozen at all times and threw them in our backpacks each morning on our way out to the parks. once the 'ice cold' water is gone, you can refill them in the parks - and if you don't like the taste of disney water, bring along some of those single serving flavor packets that you can add to the water to make iced tea or fruit punch or whatever fits your fancy....

DNeph(9) and I will be doing our 3rd June trip - this year adding 1 day at KSC(6/2) and 4 days (6/3-6) at VB (hoping to see a turtle!) to our annual SWW weekend trip (6/6-10)!!

Wishing you all good luck. Last year we never got the timing right, but you can see the nests and tracks to the ocean the next morning were left by the hatchings.
