Jumpin' June Exercise Thread

This will be my first time joining in, so I'm going to try 1000 minutes.

June 1 - 50 minutes walking and 10 minutes weights

I'm joining for the first time this month! I've got some baby weight (plus pre-baby weight ;)) that needs losing and this is a great place to start.

I'm starting with 700 minutes this month. Should be doable, but all depends on DD's moods. Her day time naps (at 3 1/2 months) average 30 mins, so it is all I can do to stay on top of the housework. So, most of my movement will be walks with the baby girl.
 
In for June as well! Almost made May total, so hoping good things for June. Thank you for hosting! Good luck to all fellow June members!

Family walk yesterday 55 minutes.

Family walk tonight. Couple of decent hills in the roads around our "neighborhood", so got my heart rate up pretty good.

Today I did 60 minutes of HIIT training and 30 minutes of biking.

Remember anything you think counts as exercise, counts as exercise. Nothing is too small. I track my one minute planks because sometimes that one minute is all I do the entire day! :rolleyes1

2TxAgs--I copied that number from last month's host! But wouldn't it be fun to exercise enough for one entire day?!

Some strength training and tonight was the first trail race of the season. I felt a bit like I was running the track of Big Thunder Mountain. up ....down...corner...up...up..down...etc.
