This was a better food week because I increased quality protein by having salmon for dinner three times. I also had refined sugar several days, so that is where I need to re-focus, I think increasing protein is going to help with the sugar cravings. The one pound I lost came back on and has stayed, so I'm currently at the same weight I started and ended June at, dang it. I do now have the March WDW trip to focus on as an end-goal, somehow having WDW reopen and having people post from their visits makes it feel more real: if I can get back to -4 pounds per month I'd be in great shape by March.
I haven't done any not-allowed shopping this week, altho I have been tempted several times. When that happens I pay really close attention to triggers, how it feels etc, so I can train myself out of it for the long term. Next I need to get serious about going thru what I've got, and clearing the house out.
We are going to get some sunshine this weekend - woohoo for that! I wrecked the little toe on my left foot last night, kicking the desk cycle. I don't think it's broken but it hurts all the way back into the foot, so I don't think I'll be doing any walking/hiking this weekend as even getting shoes on is going to be a challenge. Dang it again.
