july vs spring break ?

Are the crowds comparable for July and spring break? We went on our spring break (3rd week of March), and the parks were pretty full (1-1.5 hr wait for SM,Indy,1 hr wait for BTMRR,etc). Is July 22-27 ALOT busier,or close to the same? Just trying to get an idea of how the crowds will be. I know it will be busy, but what 1 person calls busy, another says not bad. So if I can compare it to a time when I have actually seen the crowds, I would get a better idea of how it should be!!! THANKS!!!!

I have never been at either of these times, but this graph suggests that it will be about the same.

Even if crowds were equal, I'd choose Spring Break for the weather!
