The Coronavirus task force was using the IMHE models in their press conference. They used this model to come up with the national policy we're living under. I'd be willing to feel optimistic about what they say.

Correct about an increase in restrictions. Again the model does not account for and try to account for a reduction in restrictions which could cause a spike again in cases. Many people keep warning about a potential spike that might end up occuring and many are suggesting continued but less severe restrictions possibly stay in place. There is also warnings of possible seasonality as well.

So it's not as simple as the bed requirement is zero so there is no more COVID19 in the US.

They are also showing the models because its a good way to reinforce why we are doing what we are today. In 30-45 days they can then release new projections on why all entertainment and restaurant venues need to operate at 50% capacity for the foreseeable future.

There is pretty much a 0% chance WDW and travel in the US being back close to normal in July.
