July Paypal/Ebay Code?

Hi,
Has anyone heard of a Coupon Code for Paypal/Ebay for July. We won something last night (Disney related of course!) and was wondering if any coupon codes were available. I got the ebay mailer last week, but it didn't have any codes with it.

FYI - I did the $20 offer last month. So I can't use that one.

The ebay mailer is like a brochure they mail you with all kinds of different stuff that's available on Ebay. Sometimes, they will send you a coupon code to use on your purchases, like 10% off, etc. The only codes I have received lately were for a Dell computer purchase (they must know that I bought one a few months ago, without the coupon of course). Is it just me or does this happen to other people, buy something today, find coupon tomorrow? It never fails, last week I bought Frontline Flea Control, very next day got a coupon in the mail for a free one!

I didn't sign up for the mailer, I think it may be because I buy and sell, lately alot more selling than buying. I am trying to pay for our trip...
