Gumballs and specialty chocolates and rock candy (sweets from a sweetie) all nicely tucked into my latest addition to my VAST Gingerbread anything collection, an adorable candy tin!

Topped off by Sweet Christmas Smackerels!! Hallmark Pooh ornie!

So I whined yesterday about DS making me buy Star Wars stamps for his collection, ummm the secret is now out....... I do two Christmas trees one STRICKLY Gingey and one STRICKTLY Disney. Ive been had.......... im a collector

I confess, I am a collector too Of too many things
But I have enough Christmas ornaments to do at least 3 trees (I do 2) and this is with both kids already taken their ornaments with them

Happy to hear it arrived safely! I'm a sucker for chocolate, especially the good specialty ones, so I had to include those. Emilee chose the rock candies because she said "If the lady has girls or boys they will like to get these." Maybe because they're sparkly, I don't know, but all my kids always were drawn to those darn rock candies, LOL.

The mailman just brought Emilee's package from Cameron, DD of ksloane. She sent a Hallmark ornament -- Tink halfway through the keyhole of a door. Emilee loves it, and says "Thank you Cameron! Tinker Bell is one of my favorites and she even has real wings!" Em is mighty impressed with the transparent Tink wings on this ornament, LOL. She wouldn't even let me box it back up for safekeeping because she wants to touch the wings again later, she says. Kids!

WOW!! That was fast. I'm so glad she likes it. I had Cameron pick out the one she would want and that was her pick...Just as an FYI if you wanted to let her, Cameron has a few Tink ornaments that are not really "Christmasy" that we bought ornament stands from Hobby Lobby (like $2) and she displays them year around in her room.

Yea...I actually bought 2 so that if Cameron doesn't end up with one in this or the Tink exchange, she'd still have one that I could put up and give to her later on...Saved the receipt and will go trade it for another if she ends up with one...Only one I couldn't find that I really wanted to add to our collection this year was the Snow White one....neither of our Hallmarks had any left. My best friend just moved and I'm going to see if there's a Hallmark around her place when we go to visit later this month.

You have to get those ornaments fast. They go, go, go.
Last year, I sent an elf package for this exchange and had a hard time finding any Disney ornaments.
This year, I bought the ones I wanted right away
Now I have until Oct. to pay off that charge bill And then will get a few more when they premier.

I got mine in the mail yesterday! From Corey, ds of jcemom I also got a gingerbread tin full of candy (I love rock candy) and the hanging Mickey shirt ornament. Which is the one I would have picked for myself! I was so tickled! Thanks Corey!!
