July Exercise Thread Summer's Here Let's Get Moving

Hidy ho all! Between the treadmill & lifting weights, I did 60 minutes. That puts me at 60/660 so far.

Hope everyone is doing well! With the treadmill & lifting weights I completed another 47 minutes. That puts me at 107/660.
 

64 minutes of walking last night and 25 on the elliptical this morning. I'm up to 938/1700.
 
Wed 7/11 - please add 165 mins - thank you

(60 min HiLo
60 min Strength training
15 min weight machines
30 min walk outside)
 
I am now at 640/1600! :banana:

And that's before my 2 hr dance class I'll be going to later this evening! I'm not counting that yet beacuse at this point I haven't actually done it, but if last week's first class was any indication,we did not stop for the whole 2 hrs!

Thurs 7/12 - please add 150 mins

30 min walk, 60 min Pilates, 60 min kickboxing
 
I've been doing my crunches and push-ups every day and did a (slow) 5k yesterday.
My new total through last night is 433/1000
