sometimes you just have to remember to take care of yourself, you know? and I know myself well enough to know that I'm much better equiped to handle things if I feel mentally strong and to feel mentally strong I need some physical outlet, if that makes sense.

All walking. I finally got my replacement fitbit, so my numbers should start looking better. Plus I start my 10x10 challenge in 2 days. I'll have a minimum of 1200 minutes during that time.

My knees are killing me!!!!! Going to add strength training days next week and see about ordering some different shoes this weekend.
