Did another long run today! Six miles in 1:15...a nice round number for me!! That brings current totals to

Hope to be getting a lot more numbers soon- I'm joining a kickball league tomorrow!:cool1:

Oops...haven't posted since the 4th. Thursday I did an hour Werq class, Friday I went to an hour Strong class, and Saturday I went to an hour Werq class bringing me to 600/1680. Planning on hitting the gym again today even though I've been taking Sundays off. I usually go to two classes on Saturdays and I didn't have the chance yesterday so I feel like I owe myself an hour :rotfl:

Good morning everyone... happy monday!

I did a couple of hours of demolition work in our bathroom (working on a remodel). I'm counting 30 minutes of exercise since much of it was calculating, measuring and thinking. (Though I did wrestle the old tub out and the two cast iron sinks in the vanity... didn't really expect the weight training other than swinging the sledgehammer.

Total for the month now 479/1600

Good morning all! I've been MIA for a few days, but I'm back on track and hope to stay there! I did 35 min wt machines and 45 min cardio for a total of 80 minutes today. The heat is letting up a bit this week, so hoping to resume our evening walks.

Is it too late to join in?

I want to commit to 500 minutes in the rest of July. Its not much but I'm just starting out and I'm a week in. I did exercise 35 minutes yesterday though, so if we count that I am 35/500! :)

I hope I can work my way up to exercising as much as all of you!! :worship:
 
I had 45 minutes elliptical and 45 minutes Kettle Bell personal training this morning, bringing my new total to 360/1200.

7/9:30 minutes on the lake trail with DD. and guess who fell asleep while I was trotting along???? Must be nice! While I'm huffin' and puffin' pushing away DD is snoozin'!
