Sad to say that I have never been on this board before. I have been trying to increase my fitness level each month. I have been getting better but was thinking that July could be my independence month from a few pounds. I am a regular over on the budget board and have participated in the Debt Dumpers discussion since January. I started noticing that as I paid down my debt I felt that I had more control of both my bank book

and my body.
It is funny how these things are all connected. Anyway I have been doing ok with my food intake. A few rough days here and there. But I have really improved in the exercise department.
So my goal for the month is 1,000 hours. Which at this moment sounds huge but I have to dig deep and reach for the stars. Looking forward to getting to know all about you.
