July ADR's nonexistent....

So I am reading everybody elses posts and our vacation is July 24-July 31 and we haven't made any ADR's yet... I am working on it and we will be ready to do this in a week hopefully, but what are your opinions on this? Will I be okay or should I be worried I won't get the ADR's I want? These are the ones we are thinking about:

Breakfast:
OHANA
Chef Mickey's

Lunch (maybe dinner):
50's Prime Time
Sci Fi Dine-In
Plaza Restaurant

Reassurance appreciated

You will have to be flexible but you still should be able to get into them. I would book Chef Mickey's ASAP.

The only one I think you may have a problem getting is Chef Mickey's.

We just had to adjust a few ADRs for that week since we added 1 more person. Chef Mickeys dinner on 7/24 we were able to keep the same and just add on 1 more person. On 7/20 we had Mama Melrose at 5:00 but couldnt get that when we rebooked. We had to change to 4:50. We also had Wolfgang Puck on 7/21 at 5:30 and while they couldnt just add 1 more to it, we had to cancel and rebook. We were able to get the same time.

I just realized the ones Im referring to are a bit before your dates, but still a similar time frame.

Yep, we are still trying to layout what parks we are doing what day, and what days we want to eat at what place... DBF thinks we should "wing it" and doesn't want to even know where we want to go each day.... that's why I'M in charge. Silly boy doesn't know what he wants. haha.

We just got back yesterday from WDW.

We're going again July 26 - Aug. 3 (party of 4):

I already made my ADRs for our summer trip at the 180 day mark, but during my trip this past week, I decided to change several of my ADRs because I decided we'd like to eat dinner around 7pm instead of the 6pm ADRs I had made.

For dinners, I was able to move:
Chef Mickey's (I had to go with a 7:50pm ADR, but I decided that was ok)
O'hanas
Spoodles

The only ADR I could absolutely not get changed was 1900 Park Fare (they had nothing), so I'm keeping my 6pm ADR.

Sorry I was dense. We leave for WDW in nine days and my IQ has dropped.

FWIW, I don't think she's going to be able to really decide when.

OP, I would call asap and try to book the ones you want the most first. If you're flexible with dates and times, you should be able to get most of your choices. There are lots of other good options if a few of yours are booked up. You certainly won't go hungry, there will be plenty of places that should have something available if you're flexible. Try a late lunch time like 2 or 3 and you should have better luck.

I didn't even know about ADR's until I started reading the DIS about a month ago and our trip is in July. I called about 3 weeks ago and was able to get all the ADR's I wanted. I also just called and changed a few yesterday and everything was fine. Just keep in mind that we didn't want CRT or Le Cellier or anything, but we did get the first seating at breakfast for Crystal Palace and the Princess Storybook Dining.

I would just try to call as soon as you can manage.

yaaaay Okay so for the most part we (err, I) decided what parks we are going to on what days so now I can make my ADR's! Hopefully during my lunch hour, will let y'all know how it goes.
