For the July Exercise Challengers, I am adding a bonus challenge to everyone: Try at least one new physical activity during the month of July. Only requirement: It has to be fun! It can be an organized activity or something you make up from scratch. For example, some of us have gotten real active at the playground with our youngin's. Branch out, be daring!
You don't have to be in the July Exercise Challenge to brainstorm here!
Is there a dance you've been dying to learn? Bowling, tennis, golf? What tickles your fancy, but you haven't done it for a while (or ever). (keep it clean, guys

Indoor rock-climbing. I've never done it, but I want to!
