July 9th? Candlelight booking?

I had heard booking will open for candlelight processional on July 9th but I haven't seen an official list of narrators yet.
Does anyone have details?

Actually, it opened on July 9th last year - this date has been mentioned a lot with regards to when it might open this year.

And the narrators list always gets changed around.
