You guys do realize that we will be getting off the ship on the exact weekend of DL 50th birthday. (it opened on July 17th, but the party is scheduled for the entire weekend.) The big party is scheduled for that weekend.

It will be me - Robin (then 39), DH Mike (turning 40 on cruise) and Matt (then 10).

We'll be on that cruise! It's just me and my 2 DD's who will be 12 and 16.

I was debating between the 2nd and the 9th and when I realized this cruise ended right before the DL birthday, we decided to keep this one.

My family (4 of us) and fifteen friends (three other families) will be on the 7/9 West Coast cruise. This is our 4th and the second for some of us, the rest could not wait to go after we got home and spoke about it.

Looking forward to July, 2005!

We're still getting our cabins straightened out. We have been moved from deck two to deck seven. Our three previous cruises we have been on deck 7, we like that.

See you in July!

We are so excited to have just booked this cruise also! It will be our first Disney cruise.

It will be my DH, Rick (45), me (42), Patrick (13) and Katie (5).

Looking forward to getting to know you all in the long 14 months of pre-cruise planning!

We just booked this week and are SOOOOO excited!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: This will be our first DCL cruise!!! It will be me, DH, DD8, and DS4. We currently have three cabins booked....6556, 6060, and 7512...have to decide by Saturday which one we want! Any suggestions?

I'm hoping to book this cruise, then head over to the DL celebration.

So far, I haven't gotten any price quotes yet, and I'm not certain I can get the week off of July 9th! I hope this cruise isn't close to being sold out yet.

It's official! I put down my deposit, a Category 8 cabin on deck 5!
Woo hoo!!! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Hi gang. We're at the one year mark! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

My DD and I were laughing last night at how we are such sick people to be so excited for "only one more year".

Good news from TA, we got a SPR for 7/9/2005

Congratulations! I tried to get one when I booked and there were none available. So instead we are in the same Cat. 11 as our last cruise.

It will be me and DD (16 then). We can't wait. It will be our third Disney cruise with a visit at DL preceding the cruise. We also celebrated the one year mark (yes, we're sick people too, but isn't it great!!!).

Glad you are onboard! We (me, DW, DS14 (will be 15 at cruisetime) and DS9 (will be 10 on the cruise) are excited about the SPR room.

We are heading to California on Tuesday for vacation. We booked this trip before we realized we would be in California cruising next year but thats ok, gives us a chance to scope things out, like the port, close hotels, rent-a-car locations, etc.

I can not believe that it is less than a year!

I heard from several others that they are going on this cruise but couldn't find our date on the cruise meets board...so thought I'd bump it up to the top where it would be easier to find! :-)

Count us in. DH (46), me (39) & DD (2). We go a week on the ship, and then a week at Dolphin Cove by DL. I figure we'll spend a couple of days at the park that week (we expect to use our AP's, though I'm worried about the rumor that there will be an extra admission charge on 7/17/05), and maybe a day or two down in San Diego checking out the zoo & wild animal park.

We're on deck 6 somewhere - I think the number is 6080, but that depends on my somewhat erratic memory being correct.

We're looking forward to meeting all of you. And, of course, our magical trip.

Sara

Sarangel...we're on deck 6 too! We're in 6060. Where is Dolphin Cove? We're annual passholders as well and were thinking about staying at the parks right before or after the cruise...but I'm also worried about the crowds. I hadn't even heard about a possible extra charge! That's one more thing to worry about!

I'm on deck 5, by my lonesome. :D

I just found out that a friend that I'll be meeting up with after the cruise just booked us at the GC using DVC points. It helps that I
can transfer 1/2 my DVC points to her later. :)

I'm really excited that I'll have a week on the Magic (adult pool, spa....here I come!) and 4 nights at DL for the 50th celebration!

Only 10 1/2 more months!

I'm thinking of getting a green Disney paint sample card
from Home Depot to put in my "mail fish".

I had one, but I can't find it.

Just "bumping" against the 7/9 thread. We got a new computer and I am having "issues" with the internet. Everthing appears to be working and then no POSTs.

Thanks for listening to me vent.
