I am on the phone now with Disney Cruise line and starting the paperwork to request a private event for our group! I figure with families we could have 100-150 to come! They will call me by Tuesday to discuss our request. Let me know if you are interested. I am hoping to request our first day at sea but they told me no guarantees. Fingers crossed!

We can request for a private function for 1 hour, between the hours of 8am – 5pm, no cost for the room except any food or beverage ordered which the DCL representative provided.

If we are interested in a reception/cocktail party or open bar service event, these must be prepaid in one credit card. If the group wants to do tastings or mixology, then each participant will be charge the fee onboard. They would just need names & stateroom numbers at least 2 weeks prior to sail date.

I think we go for the 1 hr private function on day at sea...any one have any times in mind?

i think it will be 36 cabins because I don't believe #2 on list is still out there.
For me, I had already ordered some custom print items to go with several other hand made items...I won't have enough for 36 cabins, so I am inclined to split vs. giving less to all the cabins. Plus my DH would kill me if I have so much stuff I need another suit case across the Atlantic!
