July 4th Fireworks

We leave in 11 days!!!

I'm thinking about trying to see the fireworks at MGM & Epcot. MGM's are at 9:00 and Epcot's are 10pm. I thought we could walk to the entrance of MGM to view Sorcery in the Sky. Then, walk to Epcot to view the fireworks there.

We will be staying at Beach Club Villas July 4th to 6th, then to OKW.

Should I make a request for a certain room/location. It would be wonderful to be able to see the fireworks.

Hi Beth! I can't help you out here as I have never been during Fourth of July, but I will bump this up for those that have!

have a great time, I have always wanted to be at Disney during that time of year!

What does it mean when you say you are "bumping"? I always wondered about that and now I've been bumped.

Bumping is just a way to make sure the post/topic comes to the top of the list for people to see. When you browse a forum, the topics with the newest posts are at the top of the list, so when you want more people to see it, you "bump" it up towards the top.

We may try and do the same things as you for the 4th. It all depends on how tuckered we are. We have a PS at San Angel Inn early in the evening and then were thinking of walking over to MGM to see Sorcery in the Sky and then walk back to Epcot to see Illuminations at 10pm. Just have to see what the crowds and weather are like I guess.
