July 4th dinning reservations

We are going to try for the 4 of July to get into CP for breakfast and Plaza for dinner. Don't want to leave the park , due to crowds. We are NOT staying on site, our 180 day mark is Jan, 5th. What time can we start online reservation? I am thinking our chances are going to be slim, with people being able to book 180 + 10, so I want to make them as soon as possible. Thanks.

The online system rolls to the next day at 6am EST. Log in a bit before that so you are ready to book, keep refreshing your screen until the date opens.
