July 4th and Fireworks from VWL????

We'll be at the VWL on July 4th this year. Can someone confirm or deny that you can see the MK fireworks from the beach or dock at VWL?

We stayed at the VWL in 3/6-3/10. We could some of the high MK fireworks over the CR on the beach and boatdock.
