July 4th, Am I crazy?

I'll be there, from Scotland, with my 14 year old daughter and meeting up with my friend from New Zealand. First time for all of us at Florida and first time I will have seen my friend for 14 years, so very excited

My DD and I arrive on 3rd July but my friend doesn't arrive until 6th. I planned on Seaworld for the 4th but wondered where we should be in the evening?

Can someone tell me what this is that happens at MGM? or should we go to Epcot? Decisions, decisions....

But all the threads I have seen for "when are you going in July?" seems to indicate most folks who are answering are going from the middle to the end of the month.

Can it be? Will WDW really not be that crowded during this time, or is it just wishful thinking on my part?
