No, we'll be renting a car. 1 way rental from mco and return at cape (close to port). I think getting a car is much better, we can go whenever we want, anywhere we want.
We'll stay at Holiday Inn close to WDW

Hey everyone.. glad to see some new faces joining in! I haven't been on the board for a while but started doing my check in stuff today. And we watched the Dream sail away from the port a little while ago.. so exciting to know we'll be on there in 3 weeks!

I noticed there seem to be a lot of teens going. My daughter Kari is 15 and already "met" Sarah. I also have an 18 year old daughter going, plus my 12 year old son. Anyone else who wants to connect, have your teen contact my daughter through me here in a PM.

I just checked our res and we were put in main dining, I'm so happy we were switched because we usually eat at 6 and I don't think our little ones will make it to 8:30

Good Morning!!!! Me, my DW, and 6/yo DS are all booked for July 29th. We are all super excited. We just got married on 7/3 and this is the second part of our Honeymoon (Familymoon lol). We are on Deck 6. Counting down the days!!!

My nephew Tony & I (Mike) are sailing on the Dream July 29. Both of us have cruised several times before - but this will be the first on DCL! Looking forward to it!

A year of Celebrations for us!!! and we are all excited to sail the Dream!! We leave Monday for DW staying BWI !! Doing our happy dance!!!

Trying to get a head start on packing. Don't know where to start. My 6/yo DS is counting down. Sometimes I feel like I over studied for this cruise lol

That's exactly how I've described preparing for a Disney vacation.

Just think the next time the Dream goes out, we will be on it! I can't believe it is here. We made our reservations on the first day. Doesn't seem that long ago now.

BTW....are we meeting before the muster drill?

I'd also wondering if the few groups that are doing the B2B with this cruise and the Aug. 2 cruise would be interested in meeting since we will be together for a few extra days and won't get to meet the others at WDW?

Finally reached the finish line after 6-straight days of work! I work at Old Navy and KNOW I've bought too many cute things with "cruise" in mind (it's 4 days after all! So starting tomorrow I must begin the task of packing.. and elminating the stuff that just doesn't make the cut! I know many people don't understand why 2 days prep time would be necessary, but I feel the more of an organized, control person you are... it takes extra time just to allow some time to breath!

Other groups have reported using the Bon Voyage Lounge at 3 PM. It would be a short greet before the drill and sail-away party.

Now back to packing. This is the hardest part of the trip.
