We unfortunately had to move the cruise out....way too $$ right now, with airfare, cruise, excursions etc. I am hoping they will still be in Alaska in June 2015 - you will definitely find us there then! We are actually headed to Disney's Hilton Head Resort on DVC points, and then to WDW on more points. So excited

We unfortunately had to move the cruise out....way too $$ right now, with airfare, cruise, excursions etc. I am hoping they will still be in Alaska in June 2015 - you will definitely find us there then! We do too! I always decorate our door. I am also the nut who changes them during the sailing to match ports and pirate night. It's fun to mess with DH who uses the magnets to find our door, lol

Finally booked flights today ... probably could have waited and kept watching for a better price, but there aren't a lot of great timing options when you're coming from the east coast (and I don't like the stress of waiting any more and then not getting a good flight!!) Of course, this means the prices should be dropping now, so go ahead and book!!
We're spending a few days pre-cruise in Vancouver; my brother-in-law and his family moved there last summer, so we will have a chance to visit and tour together.

Our family is so excited....we are traveling with 17! We are trying to find good flights from NY too.....Anyone book yet? What airlines - any deals? We are debating flying into seattle and taking a rental car...but are worried about the border crossing

Any suggestions? How are you getting to the port?

I think we'll do all the usual: Stanley Park, Granville Island, lots of walking around and eating!

What is Granville Island?
We are thinking Grouse Mountain, Capilano, Stanley Park and possibly Victoria.
