Day one would be best because by day two usually kids are already signed up for clubs and adults are at the pool or attending one of the other programs.
The meet and greet is going to be on day 1 at 3:00 in the Promenade Lounge! Hope to meet everyone there!

Just recently found the Disney discussion boards and have learned so much info I never knew existed such as being able to call a number and find out the movies showing on our cruise and decorating the doors. This will be my second Disney cruise and I am travelling with my brother's family who have been on five previous Disney cruises but have never decorated their doors. We will be decorating it this time (i immediately bought lots of magnets). I made a fish extender, and even though we won't be exchanging with others, I thought it would be nice to give little gifts to my nieces and nephew. The whole door decorating and FE idea is so cute. Now that I know about this aspect to the Disney cruise culture, I am hoping to do another Disney cruise soon so I can participate with others next time.
One week from today! Just found out yesterday that DH has a contact from work who may be able to get us company seats to the Yankees game on Friday night, so we may be changing some plans this week.
Also, DD was cleaning her room this week and found a book of WDW treasure hunts that we bought for a prior trip to the the World, and found that it includes the cruise ships as well as the parks. In the interest of keeping the scheduling to a minimum, I thought it would be too crazy to plan this as a group event. However, I am willing to make copies and leave for anyone interested on your stateroom fish the first sea day. I'll circle back the night before the last sea day with the answers so you can see how you did (and go back and look at them). Either post here, or send me a PM with your cabin number. The book is a few years old, so there may be a few out of date questions, but for the most part, I think they will still be valid. I can also leave 2 per cabin so you can still make it competitive within your family group (boys vs girls, parents vs kids, parent/child vs parent/child, etc). Let me know if you are interested.
