I'll send your love to Sallie the next time I speak with her. She really seemed overwhelmed with helping her friend, cooking and running errands, etc.

DD & her DH are holding up ok. She came home from the hospital this AM. They kept her because she had a fever, which it seems was from a bad cold she was coming down with. The gave her antibiotics and her fever's completely gone. She said it was difficult when she got home. I told her to pack up her maternity clothes and whatever else she wanted and I would store them at my house until she needs them again. My DS is on the phone with her now for quite a while. I guess they are having a "heart to heart" conversation. There is a special bond that siblings share. All in all, they are very positive about the future. They have a wonderful relationship so that helps tremendously. Thanks so much for your good wishes.

I heard from Sallie. Everyone is OK. Carley got into Sacred Heart, the high school of her choice, so they are thrilled. She has been taking care of a sick friend and has been very busy. They are going to meet Izzy & Paul over Easter Break in WDW. Just thought I'd update you all.

You'd better believe it! My favorite thing this morning was passing by a bar about 6 blocks from my apartment -- it is called "Brady's" and they have a huge sign covering the name that says "Manning's"

The news is reporting "the greatest upset in SB history" I didn't think it was that unexpected!

I always thought people were assuming a little too much -- I was SURE that the Giants were going to put in a good hard fight and lose with a respectable score if they did -- and I never counted them out for a win . . . but what a game!

Lucky you guys! It was a fun game to watch and I felt the other team was too overconfident.........nothing like a winning touchdown pass in the last few minutes..............priceless!!! I wonder how Sandra and Gerry are doing?

Ok Ok we get it. People around here are mostly numb. The Patriots played horribly and didn't deserve to win. The Giants played a better game. When the Piano teacher came into school yesterday she told the Administrator that the teachers needed to smile more. She couldn't understand what was wrong with everyone. Duh!!! We all stayed up too late and saw the Patriots self destruct.

I am glad that if we couldn't win that Eli Manning won. I was rooting for him all along. It's great that he got a Superbowl at a much younger age than Payton.

Now you can continue to gloat around here we have moved on because the pitchers and catchers report to Red Sox training camp in a few days and the Patriots will just be a bad memory.

And we are going on a cruise in 10 days
