Wow, I'm in category 11, I should look into that.
ETA: nothing left. Did you get a cabin #?

i checked a few minutes ago and it looks like only parties of 2 and 3 can book cat. 12.

2 people - 3700.42 with transfers and insurance
3 people - 4680.03 with tranfers and insurance

:wave2: everybody! I made it - landed at MCO at 6:35 - landing was much better than takeoff. A little bumpy coming below cloud line but still all in all a fantastic trip.

I am now safely ensconced in my hotel room at the Comfort Inn off of Palm Parkway, first time I'm staying here. Its alright - comes with fridge, micro and safe so all the basic are met. Wouldn't be bad but I'm a little spoiled!

But on Saturday and Sunday I will be checking into Port Orleans Riverside. I figure that I can walk the trails at Riverside or from Riverside to the original Port Orleans. Also, with paddle boats and bikes I can get some exercise in. Has a back to back session on Tues and Wed just before I left so the legs are tired. But I'm :yay: I DID IT~ ! I ACTUALLY DID IT ON MY OWN!!!

I guess after this - I have no excuse do I?

ANDREW: Hope you fet to feeling better soon - you worry us when your BP lingers like that. BTW, where in the world are those pictures you posted? Looks like :cloud9: Hurry up and get better!

OK - off for now - have checked in with all 3 kiddos (must be feeling better - now their kiddos instead of heathens!) :lmao: :rotfl2: , Mom, Spouse, BFF and other BFF. So that accounts for everyone - now I can shut off the phone or ignore others checking up on me! :rotfl:

LANYARDS: My vote is still for A - please put us down for 6 badge reels - for $1 - I can always re-use them for when I go to Vegas or when DH walks off and leaves club cards in machines. :rotfl2:

OK - everyone - be well and take care! :pixiedust:

Evening,
Sorry I was away from the computer today ... finishing up a nine-month community leadership series. OKC is booming right now. What a wonderful experience. Anyway, I'll post a revised (again) design w/out the "Cruise Line" portion, subbing "Magic". Kyla and me are checking on restrictions of using Dis font and Mickey head. Hopefully it won't be a problem. Thanks for patience of everyone. Look for revised design tomorrow morning.
Brian

I prefer design E for lanyards, but will be happy with either.....

I am wondering this also - so it's the lanyards with either the reel or badge holder?

Question now - the badge holder is the taller version and not wider one?

If we use the reel thing - then we don't need a badge? How do we hook up the KTWC on the reel thing?

I am sorry - I need to go back and look at the pictures - I am just wondering which one will hold/work better.

I need to start concentrating more on these threads.

I wish my sister had not booked her trip to the Bahamas this summer - $3,700 for cat. 11 w/transfers and insurance I thinks sounds reasonable.

Will try to come back on this afternoon before we leave for Hershey (PA) this weekend. My dd has a cheerleading competition Sat. We will be back Sun. eve.

Just in case I am not back on -

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE MOMS HERE :cool1: :cool1:

Okay - my coffee is not ready yet :lmao: so I went to look again -

It's either the vertical badge or the reel -

Does anyone recommend one over the other?

(I definitely did not like the wide -horizinal ? - bade from DCL - I felt it did not hold the KTWC good. Very easy to fall out (sort of loose and did not close/keep card in there well). If I remember right - I probably have some in the attic.

How will the reel one attach to the KTWC?

Sorry for the questions - trust me, it does not take much to confuse me :confused3

The Promenade Lounge sounds great for the meet. You are right, there usually are not many people there during the day. 10 am or 4 pm work for us.

I'm not a teacher but I work in a school with lots of teachers. I tried one year in a first grade classroom and realized that being in a classroom all day wasn't my gift. Teachers deserve a LOT of credit for being able to deal with kids all day long and still be sane and coherent by the end of the day.

I'd like to vote for A - I need 5 badge reels.

I taught MS and HS business education before I had my 3rd child. Now I teach very part time (6 hours or so a week) at a trade school - I teach interviewing skills, resumes, business plans etc. My students are any where from 18 - 55 years old. It's a lot of fun. Keeps me teaching, but just part time.:teacher:

Glad to see that Andrew is back.

Responses so far : RE Dismeet

Mrs G (Maryann)
either time is good for us for the dis meet. Just tell us where and when

AnnaS
Sunday 10:00 am for the dismeet sounds good.

Jlawall (Joann)
we could do 10am, or 4pm on Sunday..........my concern about the topdecks is it might be hard to find a spot big enough for all of us and the weather could be a factor.........The Promenade Lounge is usually pretty quiet at those times of day (unless something special is taking place there.) Another idea would be the main lobby where the central elevators are (is that Deck 4?)

You can also try Skymall.com - there are various travel bags there with reinforced straps that you might be interested in.
