Deborah, may I suggest that you keep a white board or sheet of paper outside your cabin noting all last minute changes and crucial info? This way we can all be sure to check it at the end of day 1 to capture all cabin changes. Plus it will give us a chance to admire your door magnets and decorations. And people who boarded late and miss the cruise meet can also get any vital information by checking it. What do you think?

This is a good idea. I will have a "white board" kind of thing on my door. Everyone is responsible for their own updates.

My door is on deck 6 to the right at the midship stairs / elevator (closer to the stairs).

If anyone does have a last minute change, they will need to leave me a note. Sometimes little "angels" mess with the white boards that are attached on the doors.
 
If I leave a list of all FE participants in a protective sleeve on my door, what info do you need? I was thinking:

  • Dis Name
  • Stateroom # (New #s will be penciled in)
  • # Men per stateroom
  • # Women per stateroom
  • # Boys per stateroom
  • # Girls per stateroom.

If you need anything else, please let me know.

I'm not qute sure why you would need all of that information just to track room changes. I think just old room/new room and DISBoard name. Maybe I'm missing something.

There's probably someone, somewhere that's not going to have their list with them. It's just the Boyscout in me - always be prepared. :rotfl2:
 

I would think all you need is "Old Room #" & "New Room #"
Maybe last name or disname:thumbsup2

Busy today working on door magnets (we have 3 rooms) and FE list/gift organization.
Only our room is participating in the FE. The other 2 rooms are our parents. :grouphug:

How many are staying at Animal Kingdom?

Is everyone taking Disney Transportation to the ship? Maybe well have our own express to port :)
 
We are also staying at the Radisson the night before. We are going to nickelodean suites after the cruise.:cool1:
 
We are staying at AKL but taking a van because there are 8 of us.
Cheaper than taking Magical Express.

Finished FE bags and magnets... Too soon because packing is so far away still.
 
Has anyone ever shipped their FE gifts to port prior to arrival? We're they delivered to your room? How do you send them / address? Worried about weight in luggage for airplane.

We are staying at AKL (our favorite resort!), but with a party of 8, we're having a van take us.
 
We are also staying at AKV before the cruise!:goodvibeswe will have family van to get to port.
