Pixar Pal-A-Round: July 14 to ???.

Redwood Creek Challenge Trial: July 21 to ???.

Soarin is down to 1/2 capacity. Only one side of Soarin is operating which is causing double the wait time and LL run out much earlier. One side is working. The one side refurb will be done by the end of June. Then work will be done on the other side and that will be complete by the end of August.


Disneyland


Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room: April 28 to ???
According to the Orange County Register, the entire attraction is getting updated and the trees in the waiting area are being rebuilt and refurbed and the refurb will be a few months. I suspect Tiki Room will be down a minimum of 2 months but possibly up to 3 months or longer. Expect a July or August Reopening...or at the best case scenario by the end of June/before July 4th.

The Disney Gallery: Reopens on July 17th.

Matterhorn Bobsleds: May 5 to ???
My sources say a minimum of 2 months. Expect a July opening date or worst case early August.

The Disneyland Story presenting Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln: Reopens on July 17th with the new Walt Disney exhibit.

See Tinker Bell in Pixie Hollow: Supposedly opens June 29 according to calendar.
Back on refurb through June 28th.
I do not trust this since Disneyland keeps pushing the date out. Stay tuned.

Storybookland Canal Boats: July 21 to ???.

Star Tours: June 30 to ???

Main Street Cinema: July 15 to July 16. Repens on July 17th with new Small World/Sherman Brothers film.

No idea. It went for a few days in the last refurb.

Yeah the cinema going down....like normally I'd think its nothing but could be something for the 70th?

For once I’m thankful for a refurb… I arrive July 14 and am glad I don’t have to brave the PAl-A-Round again with my kids. They always make me do the swinging gondola!

I'm assuming Redwood Creek is closing to get ready for Halloween; otherwise, I cannot imagine why they have to keep closing it so frequently! I am excited it will be open during my early July visit. It has been closed my last two times there and my kids love it!

Yes Redwood is being closed for Halloween prep..the parties start a week earlier this year vs. last year. Enjoy your visit!

Does Redwood Creek operate normally outside of the party hours? Or at that time of year is it only open for the parties?
