lol, welcome back!! And thanks! Ahhhh, that would be awesome to see you! Honestly, I just don't know how long I'll stay - it depends on what other opportunities come up, but now I hope I'll be here in a year, lol!

It would be amazing to see you I hope you're working!! are you allowed to disclose where you're working? I'm really interested!!

Ok so that food looks amazing. I'm hungry just looking at it!! So so good!! The lei woman sounds a little scary though, doesn't sound very Disney like!! Still a lei is pretty cool!! I'm glad the chief didn't set any of the bushes alight this time!!

Those photo's you've taken from your hammock on the beach are phenomenal!! I absolutely love them!! Good job!! Plus I love the one where Athos and you are dancing, such a good photo

Cool pictures from the 40th anniversary celebration. My sister's CP roommates apparently got there at 5:30 so they could buy some of the special merchandise. I told my sister to get me one of those maps-they look so neat!

I was there too, so crowded, but really worth it. I was on the Adventureland side of the castle, right in the hub. I just kept holding my camera up to get pictures. I did get a short video of the daytime fireworks. I missed getting a button, but loved the park map.
btw I tried a strawberry shortcake cupcake at Boardwalk bakery on Sunday. It was so good.

I love the MK opening show! I always laugh when they make that announcement, I've never seen anyone move to the center to watch. I don't think they are fooling anyone.

The construction photos are so exciting. Can't wait to see it all finished!

In all the times I've ridden IASW I've never noticed the different suns before. Totally cool!

Usually the rope drop crowds are undeterred from moving to "see a show better", at least the ones I've seen. I definitely can't see the DHS crowds being tricked like that!

I've never noticed the fun little different suns on IASW! How cool! I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for all of them next time!

How cool that you got to be at the MK on its 40th birthday! That looked like quite a crowd. I'm glad you are enjoying your job. Is it just temporary? We hope to be able to take a trip to WDW in Feb. or March. Do you think you will still be there then?

I love the new Pooh que. Pooh bear is one of my favorite characters. I need to see the new movie, maybe it will be out on DVD before too long.

We always make rope drop for every park. The first day at MK, we do the "Dumbo Dash". But, the 2nd (and, in a really great trip, third) rope drops at MK are always spent standing a bit back, right in the center, to see the pre-show.

Unlike the opening shows at DHS and Epcot (which are best experienced up close) and AK (which is just as good close and not so close), MK's really requires you to step back to enjoy it.

The only thing better would be to be picked as the family at the show. That never looks good for us, since we are only 4, and they always seem to pick big groups.
