I already had the orientation, and I start at my location this week. I bet I'll still be here at Christmas, I hope I'll get to have some DIS meets, that would be fun.

I've read through your entire trip report tonight, plus your blog and I have loved it all! I want a Treehouse of my own! Wow, so nice...I loved those! All your pictures are fabulous and you have shown me so many great things I have never even seen yet.

Congrats on your job! That is awesome. You sound like a wonderful young lady. I am homeschooling my daughter through middle school right now, I hope by the time she gets to your age, she is as on top of her game like you are. I always wonder the same thing!! Could it just have been a bad night, maybe since it was so late service was slower or our own tiredness just made us more impatient? There are so many variables! We did have a really great experience at Akershus the next day, so that made up for it!

I stumbled across your TR last night and have been enjoying catching up...
Wonder no longer! WL is our favorite resort but we have sadly given up on ANY dining experience at Whispering Canyon. The food is always barely adequate and the service is incredibly slow. On our last visit in Nov 2010, we had breakfast there and waited almost 30 minutes for our bill, after waiting an eternity for our food. I think they rely too much on the theming to draw people in and don't really have to deliver on the food or service. We are visiting WL again this November and will NOT be dining at WCC again. There's just too many other great places to go.

..chat up CMs on the college program and the Internship program. She is barely a senior in HS and is already talking about how much she wants to do it.

We met a server at The Wave who got into the CP just as she was graduating college, so that she wouldn't have to miss any time on campus (and could go right into working there after she finished; if she so wished). Is that what you are doing?

One final question -- Does this mean you will get to see the Candlelight Processional? This is the one Disney thing we wish we could do. If you are going, I can't wait to read the report!

Also, I had no clue that the gift shop in the Poly is named "Boutiki"! It reminded me that there is a super cute gift shop called "Boutiki" here on Oahu at the Pearl Harbor Naval Base.

Oh man, that grilled cheese sounds YUM!
