I think I spend more money preparing for a trip then I do on the trip itself!

Sorry everyone for not keeping up with this thread. I have been hectic busy with my daughters' end of the school year stuff. One more week til we start summer vacation!

I'll be there with my brother, his girlfriend, and possibly a friend of mine July 8th-10th. I can't wait to be back and the DLR and get my hands on an annual pass!

I am so excited we have been talked about this trip for years and it is finally possible for it to happen.

Will be there from July 11-15 2011
Will be staying at the Best Western Stovall's.

We'll be at the Park Vue, July 20-24! During the first part of the week, we're spending a day and a half at Universal and then seeing Les Miserables in Los Angeles. Going w/DH, DS16 and DS12. We're all very excited!!!!

Got your info updated and on the list. Sounds like a fun fulled busy vacation. The best kind to have.

We will be there July 10-17. DW is attending a conference/convention at DLR and I will be on vacation. Yeah. We are staying at DLH. Traveling from Texas on Amtrak. This will be a first for us.

Traveling on the Amtrak should really add to your vacation. You should have a wonderful time. Also, I heard the Disneyland Resort hotel guests will receive two fastpasses when they check in. What a great treat to have, and will save save you some time from waiting in too many lines. Your dates have been added to the list.

Well I know that isn't the case for us(food alone is $1200 for the 6 days. But, I did drop $150 yesterday at Walmart and some more at Penney's buying Disney clothes for the girls. They are so excited.

Yep, this is how I discovered The Disneyland Snowball Effect.

When you plan a trip to Disneyland it just snowballs. It started with a quick 2 day trip to DLR in 2008 and snowballed into 3 days, a new camera, and a hotel nearby (I was going to stay at my sister's).

Fast forward to now. These days the trips have snowballed into APs and a week long stay, not to mention all things I need to buy "to get ready" .

So excited Just booked the Fantasmic dessert package for July 11. All of my reservations are complete, and I got all the ones I wanted now I just have to get through the next 28 days and we will be there

Another excited person here! I went ahead and made reservations at Ariel's Grotto for Tuesday the 12th for WOC. I was going to get the picnic lunches but they just don't appeal to me. So thought, why the heck not? I was worried it was going to be full but I had no problem getting a reservation.
I REALLY want to do the F! package on the 15th but I'm not sure I can swing that one, too. I have a few more days to ponder it!

We loved the Ariels WOC dinner last year! So worth it and great food! We aren't doing that this year though. I still need to call Cafe Orleans sometime soon. I think that is all this trip.
