YIPPEEE!!! Two weeks from today we will be there!!! CBR and the WORLD!! What is the first thing you will do?? Mine is to hit the Kingdom get a fast pass to Splash Moutain and go to Space Mountain. I just downloaded the app last night. But now it is crunch time and I need to get a game plan!!

Let's see the first thing we're going to do after we check in (we land at 4:20) is go to MK for our Tony's ADR (at 8:00 pm) and hopefully get a good enough seat to see the parade!

3 weeks from today, we'll be on the road! In fact if all goes well, we'll be in Florida by now and within an hour or two of arrival.

I wish it was going to be tomorrow. That will be our plan in a few more weeks, but hey, tomorrow we can say we're going to Disney THIS MONTH!

In 14 days, I will be hearing "Welcome Home!" from the Wilderness Lodge staff!

Good Morning! I asked DH to set the clock for 6am, he set it for 3:30am so here I am! I tried to sleep a little longer but I am way too excited to sleep! My tickers says Congratulations! YAY

the luggage is in my dad's mountaineer, he is driving us to the train station, the train leaves at 10:05am but we have to get there early so I can print the tickets etc.

We will get to Orlando around 1pm on Saturday. Our Disney tickets have the waterparks and more admissions on them, so we are going to use one admission for Disney Quest ( especially if the weather is bad).

ok so in like 30 minutes the rest of my household will be up and getting ready to head out the door.

Yea!! It's July
My last dog wouldn't acknowledge us for a day or two after we came back from vacation. Even though she was watched in our house or at Camp Grandma and Grandpa, she was still mad when we came back from vacation. The one I have now is just always happy. I think there is something wrong with her...


OK so...I'm climbing Mt. Laundry today. I've made it to the foothills, but it's dangerous going, so I'll check in with you guys every once in a while. If you don't hear from my by tonight send out the search party!

Carrie, just when I thought I was done with my laundry, I looked in my kids' rooms On the upside it's only one or two loads. I'll trade you sweeping and mopping for laundry!

Well the one good thing about my hubby being trapped in Army travel hell is that I am not thinking about how many sleeps to Disney really

By the time he gets home, we will have so few sleeps until Disney that I won't have time to get all nervous and excited and stuff! We can hang out, pack up and GO!!!!! WOOT!

(Yes he is STILL traveling) latest word is arrive to Atlanta early tomorrow morning...... we will see. Not holding my breath....

PS Congrats to everyone leaving today and HAPPY JULY! to everyone else!!!!!!!!

Woke up this morning and gave my kitties a bath in preparation for their trip to the vet. They were not happy with me. Only 2-3 things to do today and then I have to relax until Monday morning when I do the drive to VA.

I'm just so glad that July is FINALLY here! July! We are so happy you are here!

I can't believe it. In two weeks my fiance and I will be driving to my parents house to get ready to leave for WDW. I'm so excited. We (well me) are starting to pack!!! Have to go out shopping for some things on the list that aren't laying around the house. There is so much to do but these two weeks are going to fly by but that 19 hour trip to POP is going to be the worst. Now its time to go pick up my phone from Geek Squad and stop at Target to pick up some things for the trip.

Getting ready is ALMOST as exciting as the trip itself!!!

I always feel SO guilty leaving our cats behind. In fact, they've perfected the sad face stare, to ramp up the guilt. However, we have a pet sitter who comes by once a day. By the time we get back? Well, we open the door, the cats come running, see it's us and go "OH. You. I'm going back to bed." I'm not sure what our pet sitter does (and she's a little strange... but she pet sits for a living so I excuse a lot!) but the cats remain happy and well-adjusted. For cats, anyway.

Oh, my dog loves the kennel too. We picked a place that we are comfortable leaving him at. The owner and his wife obviously love their jobs!! And, when I call, then know exactly who I am. My dog gets all excited when we get there. But, when they try to take him back to the kennel area, he does the "mule sit", and they have to drag him. When he reaches the door, it's like magic happens. He sees all the dogs... he ears perk up, his tail wags... and he never looks back! He is excited to see us when we get back, but he is usually so tired he sleeps for days!!

After scoping out our room and resort, we head to MK! We take in Main Street and look in all of the stores to begin with. It's just all so exciting. We may catch a ride or two, depending on how we feel. Then we have a reservation at 1900 PF... then, July 3rd fireworks. We will watch them from GF. I soooo can't wait!

I would trade anything for laundry. It's not the actual washing and drying I mind. It's the sorting, the folding and the putting away. Although maybe I'll just slip some things in the suitcase and not bother putting them away. I have 3 more loads and I am done (i think).

Unfortunately, some bad news has come our way. DH's 1 year old nephew is going to Riley Childrens Hospital in Indy for some testing next week. He's not been doing well lately, his white blood cell count has been low (among other things), so they're probably going to have him for at least a few days to check him out. He goes in for testing on Thursday next week, so we're hoping and praying for some good news before we leave. Because if we get any bad news, there'll be a little dark cloud over us the whole time we're gone. We can't really cancel the trip, that would be devastating to our kids, and there's nothing we can do here anyway, so we're just hoping for a little good news before we leave maybe even some pixie dust

Sorry to hear about your nephew. I'll say some prayers tonight for him.

My two kitties stay at home and my brother drives over every other day to check on them. He'll also stay for a while to give them some companionship. Last week though, they were out of control! Finally, one day, I went back to our bedroom and got on the bed. They both joined me and we all laid down to take a nap. I didn't sleep very long but, when I got back up, they stayed there and I was finally able to get some things done. They'll both be hellions when I get back. Bill said they were pretty good when he got home the other day. It's tough leaving them but I honestly don't know if my Sally cat would survive a stay at the vet's kennel--she's the nervous sort, and Socks would probably bawl the whole time.
