PS --- if any of you have seen my custom cake designs that we are having at Coral Reef and Crystal Palace.. (i posted pics recently) I will gladly share a piece of cake with you if you come say hi to me!! hee hee!!

I just realized on the list you have me as July 17 for our 11:45 reservation at Crystal Palace. That's a Sunday. It should be July 18.

I had better go double-check the real reservations and make sure I didn't screw up!!! EEK!!!!!

I know the breakfast is definitely 9:15 on Monday July 18.

Basically we should have a breakfast & lunch reservations at Crystal Palace on the same day. This vacation is getting complicated!

29 days here and I am waiting on mine as well....

I am at 29 days and they came today. However, I called last week, and they were generated the day I called, so if you don't get anything soon, I would call and check......

I wasn't expecting Mickey Magical Express mail for another week or so but it came today. But it is wrong! On the return flight it says no flight information provided. What do you think is the best way to handle the situation? Should I call now and make some corrections or wait until we are at the resort and let the concierge make the arrangements for the return flight? WWYD?

I would probably call and check - but I am obsessive about those things!

I have another ADR (I'm sorry!!!) 7/22 8:00 AM Hollywood & Vine.

I can't believe how easy it is, even now, to still get/change ADR's.

No apologies on the ADR! ESPN Zone is TS, but so is Beaches and Cream. I am not sure which of the CS take the dining plan other than the Boardwalk Bakery....... I am sure we are going to have extra CS credits too. We may do some CS breakfasts in the park to help use them up.

11am should work for us! We have the Tusker House at 9:25am (somewhere around that time, I am too lazy to go look haha!) and then nothing until ADR for Yak and Yeti at like 7pm.

Where is a good place to get a snack in AK? Somewhere shaded with some seating? I am sure my kiddos will be ready for a little snack of some sort at that time...

24 days til we leave for WDW!!!

DD is keeping us all on our toes lately....yesterday, she just piped up here & there, "Mommy, 4 weeks from today we will be at Disney World!" and "Mommy, at this time in 4 weeks, I will look like a princess, and I will be riding Dumbo!!" She sure is a smart little thing She's been planning her car ride out also. By the time we leave, she'll have her entire schedule mapped out for the trip there and back That's my little planner!!

I GOT MICKEY MAIL!!!!! (Yes, I'm yelling but it's a happy, jumping up & down 5 year old screeching excited yell).

Not only that but my Tiger Cub (Cub Scouts) parents were so very kind to give me a Thank You gift of Disney Gift Cards, which were brought over today!!!!!

Woo Hoo!!! The only downside is I got the luggage tags & remembered the thread of "how do they operate" since it's not obvious & I looked in the back of my book, only 4 inserts when I have 6 luggage tags. LOL!!! Not that big of a deal but still.

NOW I'm REALLY going to Disney World....or at least I'm pretty sure I am. Hee Hee!!!!

Thanks Jim... i didn't get any yellow tags yet... I got some pretty fancy hard plastic tags with my voucher book -- colorful and "3-D".. can't remember what they call that --- anyway --- is that something official for ME?? or just for looks?? I will call and ask for more official ME tags... but if these that i got are just for looks - then it's not a big deal.... i just want all of my tags picked up by ME and want to get what i need to make that happen.

oh they are the tags u get when u book a package, i think. we haven't done a package in like 8 or 9 years now so i'm a little foggy. Are they of the castle? those are the ones we always got from AAA. the ME ones are long yellow tags like at the airport for ur bags. Follow?

They did this to me as well--they had us leaving at 5:55 AM and not 5:55 PM. They told me we could take care of it once we arrived. However, you might want to call. There seem to be different answers to the same questions sometimes.

This one, I've done before with no problem. Just called from the resort and had it changed. It worked out.

There's a roll call thread for a cruise we're taking NEXT February. I am always the first to post, mostly to try and keep it towards the top of the list. I know what you mean!

No! My packing thus far consists of: bag for pool/water parks, rain ponchos, one baseball cap, and sunblock. Oh, and our ME stuff. We're still not sure if we're going to use ME or let my brother pick us up. I'd prefer the latter but his wife (she of the "SURPRISE! MY BABY HAS A SCHEDULE and I waited until the last minute to tell you it was important!") is clearly not known for her foresight on things. It may end up being a decision made, en route to the airport!

Four weeks from today, we will be waking up in CBR! And going to the MK!

I, too, am getting really stressed out. It's all coworker drama and I keep wondering if I will ever work in a place that doesn't have it. After a decade, I'm starting to think that the answer is "no." I like every other part of my job except them... too bad they're the biggest part!

We canceled our 1900 Park Fare ressie for 8 AM on July 7th. We were already going once (in the June part of our trips) and that's our day for Typhoon Lagoon. We decided to just go to the mess hall at POR for breakfast that morning. That way, we can be at TL right when it opens.

All fixed up. We always try to do EMH at the Waterparks - you get so much done early. I think being there at opening is a good idea.

Also, I know that the one of the only things we'll do there is the lazy river. TL has the little snorkel area right? Do you need your own equipment or do they have some? Just wondering if we're going to do enough there to warrant the expense.

Also, I know that the one of the only things we'll do there is the lazy river. TL has the little snorkel area right? Do you need your own equipment or do they have some? Just wondering if we're going to do enough there to warrant the expense.

I think the snorkel area is just if you want to "swim with the sharks" - you have to go with a group and the water is supposedly very cold. We did not do this. Not sure how much extra it was.

My kids like the water parks but one they have done each slide and played in the wave pool a bit, they are done. We can usually finish in an hour or so if we got to EMH. We had some old park tickets with the water park option that we have since used up. Not sure when we will go back. I only do the lazy river and wave pool myself. Tried one of the water coasters at TL last summer - it was not a pleasant experience.....then there was a photopass photographer at the end when you come flying out - NOT a pretty picture here! Will not be doing that one again.

But we are heading to POR from July 24th-29th. It's been a crazy last minute trip that we are planning with some family friends. This will be our second trip do WDW and the first for our friends.

We're bringing a total of 4 kids with us... 1 seven year old, 2 ten year olds, and 1 38 year old (my DW). It should be a really magical time for the kids to spend together which makes it even better.

July 27th - Biergarten 6:50pm
July28th - Crystal Palace 6:10pm

We did the swim with the sharks at TL back in 2004. They provide the masks and snorkles. You pretty much put your mask/snorkle on, swim across a pool looking at the fish and stuff and get out. There was no extra cost.
