I am too excited for words. My daughters, a friend and I are going on a cruise in November!!! For my daughters and I it will be our first cruise.

I've been on DIS for an hour and just now realized my countdown said 10 days. I just did online check in for the first part of our trip.

So July 6th AK DISers....Are we good for a meet up around 11 AM? Would love to put some names with faces. I even told my husband we might meet some internet strangers and he was game for it.

We did the swim with the sharks at TL back in 2004. They provide the masks and snorkles. You pretty much put your mask/snorkle on, swim across a pool looking at the fish and stuff and get out. There was no extra cost.

Yes, my son was pretty annoyed that he waited on an extremely long line for that. And DH told me that the water was freezing. I was with DD in the kiddie area at the time.

Want to meet over by FOTLK? There is an 11:30 show, so we could visit a bit before the show!

There is also a Flights of Wonder show at 11:30, so we could meet in that area also, but I think FOTLK might be easier?

Where is Grayson exactly? I am not familiar with it ... we lived in the Atlanta area (Cobb County) for 5 years. Then went overseas to England for three years and have been in Augusta for about 1 1/2 years. We like Georgia a lot, though we are both NYS natives!

Anyway, all the information was very helpful and I am pretty sure I am going to Best Buy this week to get the Cannon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS. I have read some really good reviews about this camera. One review on the Best Buy website was actually from someone who used the camera in Disney and shared some of their pics!!! They looked great so I am am syked!

I am going to do a trip report ... we will see about a separate dining report. Depends on how motivated I get to take photos at our meals! We have 11 ADRs planned!

Reading posts on the Family Forum I came across the Fairy Godmailer and I thought this was a great concept.

Someone that is already on their Disney trip sends postcards from a specified character for someone else's up coming trip. Confuse anyone yet?

Well I posted on the board requesting for someone going on their trip either at the end of June or at the very beginning of July that would be able to send postcards to the 6 girls going on our trip.

So far I have not received a message back and we are getting close.

I am asking if anyone here would mind sending these postcards for me. I will PM you the information if you are willing.

Also, my dates are July 18th - 30th and would be more than happy to send out postcards for anyone going the end of July beginning of August!

But we are heading to POR from July 24th-29th. It's been a crazy last minute trip that we are planning with some family friends. This will be our second trip do WDW and the first for our friends.

We're bringing a total of 4 kids with us... 1 seven year old, 2 ten year olds, and 1 38 year old (my DW). It should be a really magical time for the kids to spend together which makes it even better.

ADR's for the trip:
July 24th - 1900 Park Fare 6:05pm
July 25th - Boma 6:25pm
July 26th - Momma Melrose 1:45pm (Fantasmic Package)
July 27th - Biergarten 6:50pm
July28th - Crystal Palace 6:10pm

We're really excited. I just have a lot of planning to do between now and next month! WooHoo!!!

WOW!!! I had a few days away from here and it's just taken me forever to catch up!!!

Getting so close I can smell it!! LOL!! So crazy at work just now, was the leaver's Prom on Sunday, they all looked so grown up and beautiful! (well most of them lol!) and we have just changed timetable today so starting next year's courses. 13 more working days - it CANNOT come quickly enough!!

We gave in and hired a car last weekend. Only for a week of our trip but it means we can get out to the shops and eat off site occassionally. Was also thinking of maybe taking a trip to the beach. If you were at Disney and fancied a day at the beach where would you go? We wouldn't be doing much lying sunworshipping so somewhere nice with stuff that would amuse a 3 year old. Also anyone recommend Celebration for a wee morning or afternoon!?

We received our ME tags but not the packet with the vouchers and souvenir luggage tags. I thought it came before the ME tags. What order did you guys get yours in.

Still need to call to straighten out the ME return trip but have the grandkids everyday this week so will deal with it next week.

I've been thinking I need to do a major update to our 2004 Trip Report. I've added minor updates from our Disney band trips with our kids, but I know things have changed quite a bit. We'll see what time offers though.

I have changed my ADR's 100 times since i last posted my list to you - i have been intentionally not sending an updated list until i am 100% confident that i'm not changing again!!! but i do want to get that to you.

PS --- if any of you have seen my custom cake designs that we are having at Coral Reef and Crystal Palace.. (i posted pics recently) I will gladly share a piece of cake with you if you come say hi to me!! hee hee!!

8 inch cakes are way to much for two adults and two little ones!!

If you can be near the GF on the 15th, your more then welcome to share our 10 inch custom cake I duno what I was thinking when I put in the order for a 10 inch cake for 2 adults and 3 kiddo's lol. I just wanted a HM style Anniversary cake so bad though! It's going to be yellow cake with cream and strawberries just as a heads up.

For MICKEY MAIL! I have until 3 weeks out before my TA sends our's off to us and I'm getting ANXIOUS already!


7 Day's until school is out here for us. Then the only day I can't sleep in is on Tuesday (garbage day) and instead of hitting up the gym, I will be driving the kid's to the park and running while they play on the playground. I finished the Tinkerbell shirts for my 2 youngest DD's and got them packed in my ME bag along with our swimsuits and some swim diapers for Gillian. Have to get some quart sized bags to put my travel size contact solution in as well as my travel sized sunblock. 4 weeks from now, I will be watching that cute check in video on the ME bouncing in my seat as we cross under that wonderful sign!
