July 2009, anyone else?

Hello,

We are planning another trip to the world for July 09. Heres to planning early and hoping for some really good deals. Anyone else with the same hopes?

Just 12 more months! In just a few days, I will start counting down in "months and weeks" rather than "years".

I too am hoping for some great deals! I have studied previous code and discount history, but I am not counting on anything from WDW. We are saving so that we can still go even if there is not a special that works for our travel dates.

I have had my room only reservation since 499 days out and actually plan to order my Under Cover Tourist tickets today to take advantage of 2008 pricing.

I will adjust as needed if codes come out

What are your plans so far?

Booked split stay CR/Poly next July room only..Waiting for 2009 AAA rates to come out to book package.

I am still trying to convince dh on the financing. At this point the plans are one of the last two weeks in July for hopefully at least a 7 day stay at pop with the dining plan. We did 10 days in July 07. Anxiously awaiting rates and plan info so I can get down to the serious planning.

Hello, We will be there , July 20-30 . Three nights at the Contemporary, Tower M.K. side, two nights at the Poly. and five nights at the Yaht!!!! I cant wait untill the AAA discounts come out We have not been there in two years ,I fill like I will be Disney Dumb . Iam sure it will all come back to me . see you all there Marla

I also already have room only reservations for 4 nights at the Comtmporary and 3 nights at the WL.It is exactly 364 days until we arrive.I am anxiously awaiting the 2009 rates and packages as well.

We just got back from our Poly stay July 3rd...I am having Disney withdrawal I want to start planning our next Disney trip at the Poly for July 2009, or maybe even June...when do the rates come out? How do you book just room only?? This is new to me...normally we call our TA about 8 months before and she takes it from there, but I have learned so much from the Dis boards that I thought I may try and pull the next trip together by myself...any tips would be helpul.

I am leaving next week for our Poly trip (first time DH and kids have ever been to WDW). At any rate, I started PLANNING in fall of 2004. Yes...that's almost FOUR years ago. Booked my pkg. last year the day after AAA rates came out. Can't believe I am now in the single digits!!!!!!

The time will fly and next July will be here before you guys know it!

Count us in too! Less than a year now until we are back at the Boardwalk and in our Happy Place! Discounts would be good of course Glad to see there are many of us planning ahead. We will be flying out on July 5th. Can't wait

Our wedding is the 18th, we're leaving for WDW the next day, staying at the Poly from the 19th through the 23rd then doing DCL from the 25th through August 1st and spending one more night in WDW at the BC before heading back home to NJ. DFi thinks we're staying at the WL but I know he realy wants the Poly so I'm gonig to surprise him. I haven't booked the WDW part yet, waiting to decide if we're going to get APs. Just a little more than a year now!!

We went around that time last year and got a great rate at BWI. Would love another discount but we're going either way. I am going through major withdrawal and can't wait to begin my less than a year countdown.

Completely understand the withdrawl. We went the end of July last year too. I can't wait for the new info on rates, dining etc to come out. Even though I can't book until Jan when Dh gets his vacation in and approved, I am still anxious to get planning.

My family is planning for July or early August. At this point, it looks like we are going to be off site (so we can stay for 2 weeks!). My DMom & DAunt are retired, so my work schedule & the kids school schedule is all that really matters. I can't wait.
