I found that the girls had made a friend...

After my shower, I took more than my usual pains to get my hair curly and pretty(this time by putting it up in pin curls). Why? Because tomorrow we had an audience with the Disney Princesses at the Castle Akershus!!

Oooh! Can't wait! A Princess Party!

It's great to see the girls and, speaking of hairstyling, Tricia has been practicing special braids and up-do's for Jessica to wear at WDW. It won't be long now!!

Next was…ARIEL!! I was SOOOO happy to see her! (and so was Felicity, of course). When Ariel saw Felicity, she said she had never seen herself so tiny before! We took a picture, and she was also totally nice about holding Felicity for a picture. She said “Say bubbles!” I guess they don’t have cheese under the sea!

I love these shots!! They look adorable w/ their princesses in matching gowns

I love the girls' dresses! I went to Akershus, and I will go back there in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Belle when I was there. Alice was there with me last time. Should we ever be in the World at the same time, I'll go to Akershus with you! No brothers of my own to deal with.

OMG I love the girls princess dresses. Your trip report is so much fun. So happy the the experiences with Ariel and Aurora were top rate. The pictures are priceless.

The dresses turned out beautiful Emma! You are quite the seamstress. My Princess Ariel is in LOVE with the Sleeping Beauty dress. "Mom, why don't you make Marisol one!" she said. Hmmm, since I am not much of a seamstress (I have a hard time sewing patches on her Brownie Vest!) I told her she will need to admire yours from afar! LOL

Belle was a bit rude! I don't think there is any rule that characters can not hold a prop for a pic. Oh well! Princess Ariel and Sleeping Beauty got adorable pics with them. Maybe she was miffed that they werent wearing her dress, LOL.

We can't wait to go to Akeraus. We are going for breakfast since my two are not too keen on trying new foods.

Oh, I just cannot wait for Tricia to get home from school so she can see these pictures! The ones with the princesses and girls with matching gowns are just adorable.

Your mom got a great table for you... what a pretty spot and such a nice view!

You are much more adventurous than me... I don't think I would find that much to eat on that cold buffet. Pickled herring? "Fishy" eggs? Yuck!

How adorable! The dresses turned out perfect! I am glad Ariel & Aurora liked them too. You know, I dont think I am a fan of Ariel in human form - just seems "wrong" to me. What a great dinner - seeing all those princesses! Too bad Belle was mean! That is totally un-Disney like!

Now the food, it was good? I steared clear of Norway, I didnt think the menu looked very good. (though your pictures did) Maybe I will try it next time.
