July 2005 discount rates out yet for RPR? Also, info on JW Marriott?

Are discount rates out for July 2005 (Royal Pacific)? I am not a AAA member nor a passport holder.
Also, my fiance and I saw a very nice resort, the JW Marriott but I see it's a little far from Universal and they don't offer shuttles that I've seen. Would we have to take a Taxi/bus?? Are these expensive in the area?

I have been watching for any discount, other than AAA, for July and have not found any. I know that there were ENT and APH discounts last year.
