Do all 11 yr old procrastinate with their homework? He has found more reasons to talk about random things that have nothing to do with his homework. Now I have to get them off to school and go to work.

11 yr. old? I've got a 17 yr. old who is KING at procrastination! At night, first he must, rest from school, then he must eat, then he must do something else.....on and on and on.....

Hello! We just booked this cruise today. I will be cruising with my DH, and my DS (14). We live about 45 min east of Knoxville, TN. DS has already been on the teen thread. This will be our 4th cruise with DCL, we have tried others but always come back to DCL!
This looks like a fun group, we look forward to meeting you all and getting to know you
here on the DIS boards.

DH snuck out of work today to make our ADRs. Now we are making the BBB ressies for the older girls. I hope our plane is on time, because we need them that afternoon before the dinner with Cinderella at the GF.

Hi Donna... I am Lori and we live in Knoxville! I think our kids have already talked! Welcome to the group. I am new to the group as well, but this will be our 2nd DCL.

Has your family always lived in TN? We moved here last summer, we really like it so far. DS always says he wishes we lived in Knoxville, we like it there but DH's job requires that he not live more than 30 min away from Morristown.
Any real shopping always involves a drive to Knoxville.

Thanks everyone for the "Welcome" I love following the dis boards before cruising! I want to sign up for the FE and the Palo brunch. Since I just booked, Im do not have a cabin # yet. I am slowly but surely catching up on all the reading of this thread. I am soooo looking forward to this cruise!

The concert was great, the weather Because it was sooooo wet they set up chairs in the back undercover for the people who had lawn seats. It was still cold but somewhat dryer.

Guys - I'm really surprised by the dearth of young kids on this cruise! It seems everyone has kids between 10 and 18, but so few of us have kids under 10!!

I was really hoping to find a couple of little girls who could correspond with our girls before we get there so that they would feel more comfortable about going into the club the first day or so.

Anyone know of any other young families who haven't joined us yet but who are planning on going on the cruise????
