OK I was thinking about what we will be celebrating with our WDW/cruise trip. There is my brothers birthday which is the first of July but we will celebrate while there. I will actually finish my masters degree while on the ship so definitely will be celebrating that. Obviously just being able to go to WDW and cruise is reason alone to celebrate but today i found out I have one more reason...... I GOT THE JOB !!!!!!! I'm so excited a little nervous about switching at almost the end of the year and will miss the kids I have now but I'm still really excited!

My son and and daughter-in-law and her mom (who was visdtng from Fla. )were at the rodeo Saturday night. My son said they had a great time. He couldn't get over how big Reliant Stadium was. They also saw Trace Adkins in concert.

My mom and I are leaving tomorrow for Virginia My sister's (who coming on the cruise with us) 50th birthday is on Wednesday and the only thing she wanted was for my mom and I to spend her birthday with her. Little does she know that her husband is throwing a surprise party for her on Friday.

So Mom and I are taking the train to Washington,D.C. where my sister will pick us up and we'll drive 3 hours to her farm in Lexington,Va. My husband, son and daughter are driving down Friday to be at her surprise party and we'll drive back with them on Sunday. I really hipe she has no idea what's going on this weekend.

Great story......thx for sharing......please let us know EVERYTHING!!

Who was it that needed/wanted a FE? This week is coupon commotion at Joann's so I will be purchasing supplies to make some. I should have a sample picture in a couple of weeks. We leave Sunday for a week at OKW and I will get on the task when I return all rested and HAPPY! Just let me know.

Congrats on the job. When do you start?

I start on the 25th of this month. I'll spend three days in training before I'm in the classroom with the kids. Thankfully my current students are doing end of grade testing now so by the time I leave we will be done with that and the month and a half of school left will be a breeze for them.

Lissa - new job! how exciting for you - this new job will definitely make the time go faster for you!

Susan - OKW - you lucky girl.....seems alot of our DISers are taking a little break this spring. I just heard on the news today that Orlando is breaking a record with heat today (as I sit here and type to all of you and hear the winds howling outside!)

I love to hear where everyone is going and I'm a little jealous - Bob and I and Tyler MIGHT take a weekend (Easter) and visit Washington DC...it is only 3 hours from our house, plus they just re-opened the American History museum and we haven't yet seen the WWII memorial. My husband LOVES anything history, Tyler likes it too.....Lucy? ah, she likes to watch people (and men in uniform!)

Bob is also starting to direct his summer musical at a local high school (not our high school)....his nights will be taken up until June! Tyler's volleyball games start next week - he tells ME I CAN'T attend....ah, yea, right....not be able to sit and chat with the other moms! You betcha I'll be there.
